Age requirements for participants
(1) Age requirements for participants
1. The age limit for half marathon participants is 16 years old (born before December 31, 2007) and within 70 years old (born after December 31, 1953).
2. Participants under the age of 18 must sign the "Health and Safety Responsibility Commitment" signed by their guardian or legal representative, and participants over 65 years old need to provide the "Health and Safety Responsibility Commitment" signed by their immediate family.
Participant health requirements
1. Marathon is a high-intensity long-distance competitive sport, but also a high-risk competitive event, which has high requirements for the physical condition of the participants, and requires the foundation of long-term participation in running exercise. People with the following medical conditions are not suitable to participate in the competition:
(1) Patients with congenital heart disease or rheumatic heart disease;
(2) Patients with hypertension or cerebrovascular diseases;
(3) Patients with myocarditis or other heart diseases;
(4) Patients with coronary artery disease or severe arrhythmias;
(5) High or low blood sugar;
(6) Those who have suffered from colds or fever, dry cough, fatigue, loss of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea within 30 days before the competition day;
(7) Patients with other diseases that are not suitable for exercise;
(8) Those with altitude sickness;
(9) Others who are not suitable for participation in the competition (such as: pregnant women, fatigue before the competition, excessive drinking before the competition).
2. The organizing committee requires all participants to undergo physical examination through medical institutions at the county level or above within the past one year, and conduct self-assessment based on the physical examination report to confirm that their physical condition can adapt to long-distance running, and the responsibility for personal injuries caused by personal body and other personal reasons in the competition shall be borne by the participants themselves.
Participant Eligibility Requirements
Half marathon participants must provide: Chinese Athletic Association Class A half marathon and above within the past three years completion certificate or physical examination report within one year.
Special reminder: Participants must meet the age requirements and physical condition requirements to register for the competition, if they provide false participation experience, lie about age, identity information, or conceal diseases and other personal circumstances that are not suitable for participation to obtain qualification, any unexpected risk or safety accident will be the consequences of the participant himself, guardian or legal representative, and the organizing committee will not bear any legal responsibility. Once collected, you will be deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to the above. The participant shall be responsible for personal injury and property damage caused by personal body and other personal reasons during the competition.
How to register
1. Participation scale of 10,000 people: the deadline for 10,000 people in the half marathon is full.
2. Participants must register online through the "Digital Heart APP" of the Chinese Athletic Association from 10:00 on September 15, 2023 to 22:00 on October 15, 2023.
3. Registration process: read the competition regulations, registration instructions→ read and agree to the "Health and Safety Responsibility Commitment", fill in personal information online→ select items→ pay fees→ register successfully→ obtain the entry number→ collect the entry items before the competition.
Registration requirements for the team competition
1. Participants in the team race must first register for the individual competition, please refer to the "2023 Fuxian Lake Half Marathon Team Race Supplementary Notice" for specific registration methods.
2. Team competition and individual group events can win awards at the same time.
Registration fee
1. Half marathon individual group: 150 yuan / person
2. Payment method
Participants need to transfer the registration fee to the designated account of the organizing committee through online payment, and if the participant is unable to participate due to his or her own reasons after successful registration, the registration fee will not be refunded.
3. The registration fee only includes eligibility.
