This is not from the perspective of any system construction, human physics, folk customs and customs, this is only from the perspective of rhinitis, from the perspective of allergic rhinitis, autumn allergic rhinitis.
My history of autumn allergic rhinitis has been going on for many years, and once the long heat that has begun since mid-May every year has reached the top, it is about a few days after the beginning of autumn, and the rhinitis starts to attack immediately. It seems that the body is very nostalgic for the scorching heat of all kinds of suffering, it is really a masochistic performance, which makes me despise, but this is it, rhinitis that is completely out of my control, every year as scheduled, sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, sore throat, and then cough, asthma...
Continuous medical treatment, major hospitals, small clinics, regular top three registration and informal small alleys can pay money in the folk remedies, all have been tried I don't know how many times, has not really worked without repeatedly. Finally, in a military hospital, a doctor wearing a white coat who could not tell that he was a soldier said to me leisurely: Don't treat it, you go to the south, when you get to the south, everything will be cured.
Anyway, at that moment of that year, his words and his leisurely attitude when he said this sentence moved me, made me believe him, and immediately bought a ticket to go to Shenzhen.
Shenzhen is still summer, very hot. The hot Shenzhen street market accommodates a large number of people from the north in a modern format. For Shenzhen, most places are its north, in our opinion, southern places such as Hunan and Hubei and even most of Guangdong are also its north, Guangzhou and Dongguan are also north. These people from the north naturally did not mainly do it to treat rhinitis, but to live, to earn money. Shenzhen has the opportunity to earn money and the possibility of living a good life, and Shenzhen accepts an infinite number of northerners.
Just when I was attracted by the sight of Shenzhen's infinite acceptance of the north, I suddenly realized that my rhinitis symptoms had disappeared. Among the turquoise and lush trees of Shenzhen, in the mountain parks that tower over the city, the air is always fresh, the breath is always smooth, there is no seeds of ragweed or artemisia vegetation in the north, and there is no vast corn green yarn tent, and all the flowers, trees and crops in the north that can cause allergies do not exist in places like Shenzhen. Even cold air, an allergen suspected of being inescapable, is absent.
So in Shenzhen for about ten days, I returned to the north, carefully got out of the car, tried to breathe, and actually did not sneeze. It seems that going to the south for ten days has put on an armor that protects and restricts his overly sensitive immunity, and is not afraid of the re-invasion of all the air elements that have always existed in the north. Those invisible allergens whose presence can only be determined by guessing can only be in you next year.
For patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis, this is equivalent to getting the opportunity to regenerate, although this opportunity is only valid for one year.
Sure enough, the next year, everything started repeating itself. After the symptoms were severe, I had to think about going to the south again, and going to the south was always scheduled as the last measure that had to be taken. In fact, the money spent is not much more than the cost of treatment, and the benefit of the body no longer suffering is actually not worth much.
After going to Shenzhen for several years, he changed to Guangzhou a little further north. The green-skinned train had just approached Guangzhou, and before it entered the station, the symptoms of systemic rhinitis had disappeared. No runny nose, no itchy eyes, no stuffed nose, measures to constantly apply nasal agents to breathe on a sleeper are no longer at all, and there is no difference from a good person.
If we immediately turn around and go back to the north, of course, there is still a danger of repeating the crime, and the risk of losing our previous achievements cannot be taken, and we must go down according to the original plan and stay in Guangzhou for a week. However, the mere journey of two thousand kilometers to the south has solved a stubborn condition that no drug can solve. It sounds like a laughing joke, but it's a tragicomic fact.
In order to consolidate the existing achievements, I still stayed in Guangzhou for the planned number of days, cycling to the street market and scenery every day, visiting the former residence of Zhan Tianyou, Deng Shichang's former residence, Xiguan Dawu, Shamian Island, Baiyun Mountain, Lingnan Botanical Garden and other places. Back in the north, sure enough, I had a Vajra hood and no longer had symptoms.
Later, I tried to adjust the direction and distance to the south, and found that as long as I left the general environment of the corn green yarn in the north, and went to places such as Shanghai, Suzhou, and Hangzhou, it also had a healing effect. The distance between these places is only about a thousand kilometers, which is much closer than going to Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Of course, there are also unsuccessful, such as trying to walk into the mountains and walking to Yangquan, which is only about 100 kilometers away, which is useless.
Looking back, I never had rhinitis in Germany, which is actually further north. It seems that the north is not north, the south is not south, it is not a sufficient necessary condition, the sufficient necessary condition must be some kind of pollen or fruit particles, or a specific pollutant... The so-called very effective going to the south is only a specific choice in a specific environment, and does not have a universal effect. However, it can verify a common rule, that is, live in a different place for a while, including allergic rhinitis, and diseases with regional characteristics may be solved. Reading Chekhov's works before, I knew that he often went to the seaside lake to recuperate and breathe fresh air because of lung problems. It is a reluctant auxiliary choice after medical ineffectiveness, in principle, the moist fresh air must be used to by the lungs, but it still has a strong sense of psychological comfort. Among the similar measures we take today in the face of autumn allergic rhinitis, the main thing should be not psychological comfort, but a practical scientific mechanism to avoid allergens.
What I have always been unable to understand is, why did I go to the south and come back, the original allergen is still there, and I will not have allergic symptoms in that year? Why do you reoffend a year later? Relying on this way of going to the south, the annual treatment process, of course, cannot be cured, but it also forces me to have a long-distance vacation and travel every year, which is a little windfall of blessing in disguise. As for what to do if rhinitis is re-offended when you are older and can no longer go out so easily, it is really unsolvable. It can only be a year.
