However, it should be noted that there is a time limit for paper certificate collection, and if it is not collected within the specified time, the certificate will be destroyed uniformly.

"Paper certificates that have not been collected on time will be kept by the certificate issuing institution for a period of 5 years from the end of the exam."
"Paper certificates that have not been collected beyond the storage period shall be registered by the certificate issuing institution and handed over to the Personnel Examination Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security for destruction on an annual basis."
If you have not received it after the storage period, you can apply for a replacement paper certificate, but it is still recommended that you collect it as soon as possible after the announcement of certificate collection is issued in case of emergency.
If the paper certificate is lost, damaged or not collected beyond the storage period, the holder may apply to the certificate issuing institution for the replacement of the paper certificate, and the re-issuance of the certificate is consistent with the workflow of certificate replacement, and the reissued paper certificate is marked with the word "reissue".
Where an electronic certificate has already been issued, no paper certificate will be reissued.
In both cases, the certificate is invalidated!
