Recently, the Guangzhou Federation of Social Sciences issued the Notice on the Establishment of Guangzhou Social Science Popularization Base, announcing the fourth round of Guangzhou Social Science Popularization Base List. Among them, the Party Group Service Center of Yingbin Road, Xinhua Street, Huadu District (Huadu District New Era Civilization Practice Center) was rated as "Guangzhou Social Science Popularization Base (Joint Construction Base)", which is the only unit in our district to obtain this title so far.

Since its opening in September 2020, the Party and Group Service Center of Yingbin Road, Xinhua Street, Huadu District (Huadu District New Era Civilization Practice Center) has been aiming to "unite the party and serve the masses", gathered various resources and forces, continued to implement the service matrix, and actively carried out social science popularization work. Relying on the "intelligent" Party History Experience Hall, Science Popularization Hall, Overall National Security View Huadu District Education and Training Base and other venues, it vividly carried out situational and interactive science popularization visits and exchange activities, receiving more than 300 visits and serving more than 4,000 people. A series of popular science education practical activities such as "Science Popularization Lecture Hall", "Health Classroom", "Science Popularization Month" and "Ecological Small Classroom" have been carried out on a regular basis, and more than 250 activities have been carried out in total, serving more than 6,000 people.
