Recently, many friends around me are thinking about leaving.
Some are because the atmosphere in the company is not good, some are because they want to change to a higher-paying job, and some people are because they feel that they do not have enough room for improvement in their current job.
Although these reasons seem reasonable, I would like to advise you not to leave your job during this period of time.
I have a former colleague who has been with a company for five years and feels that his job has reached a bottleneck period, and the company's salary level has not changed much.
He decided to quit, but before he did, he got a new job and managed to get a higher salary. He thought it was the right decision in his life, but soon he found the problem.
First of all, the working environment of the new company is not as good as he imagined, and the work pressure is greater than before.
Secondly, he had to spend a lot of time adjusting to the new work content and way of working, which made him feel very uncomfortable. In addition, he was disappointed to find that his chances of promotion in the new company were not higher than in the previous company.

In addition, I remember an experience of my own.
At that time, I also worked for a company for two years. I felt like I had no room to improve, so I thought about leaving. However, I didn't think clearly about what I would face when I left.
Specifically, I found that my social circle became small. In the past, I had many colleagues and friends in the company, and I could do projects together, eat and chat together. However, once they leave, these people disappear and feel like they become lonely.
And my own income has also become less. Although the new company gave me a higher salary, I did not consider that my old company still had some benefits, such as five insurances and one housing fund and year-end bonuses. These are all things I don't have in my new company. So, in general, my income did not increase.
Again, I found that my work didn't become more interesting or challenging. On the contrary, I found that my new job was actually more boring than before. This made me wonder if I was making the right decision.
I know that this is not just an isolated case, so I think it's important to think hard before deciding whether to leave, because leaving is not a simple matter.
If you don't really want to work in your current company, but because you want a higher salary or a better working environment, then I recommend that you work well in your current company first to strive for more opportunities and improvement.
If you really want to leave your current company, then find a better opportunity first to ensure that your future can be better.

Resigning is a problem that everyone faces in their career. Sometimes we feel dissatisfied or feel that we need a better opportunity, and we need to think about whether to quit.
So, when is a good time to quit?
First of all, a good time to quit should be if you have a next home. If you don't leave home, then quitting your job can bring you a lot of unnecessary financial and psychological stress. Therefore, you should prepare for your next job before quitting your job.
Second, a good time to quit your job should be if you've tried your best but still can't reach your goals. If you've been working for a company but you've tried your best and can't get a promotion or raise, you may want to consider quitting your job. But before you quit, you should talk to your boss to find out why you didn't get a promotion or raise, and see if there is room for improvement.
Third, a good time to quit should be if you have already found a better opportunity. If you find a better opportunity, then you should consider quitting your job. However, before resigning, you should check with your new employer about the entry date, salary, etc.
In conclusion, I recommend that you think carefully about your decision before leaving your job and do not make it lightly. After all, leaving a job is not an easy task, and it can cause you a lot of uncertainty. Trust that you will make the right decision.
