At the symposium, Xu Lijuan learned in detail about the work of the first secretary stationed in the village. She pointed out that the first secretary of the municipal and county women's federation was stationed in the village, truly regarded the masses as relatives, based on the needs of village development, assisted the village committees to obtain 20.46 million yuan of actual funds, implemented 26 industrial and people's livelihood projects, and achieved an annual increase of more than 400,000 yuan in village collectives, making positive contributions to the development of the village. She demanded that the first secretary of the city and county women's federation should stand on the last shift, continue to take on practical work and take the initiative, complete the work tasks with high quality, make new achievements in promoting the strengthening of villages and enriching the people and rural revitalization, and establish a good image of women's federation cadres.
