During the morning and evening rush hour, traffic jams are often troubled by everyone. "At present, the traffic light time in Xi'an is still fixed, in the future, after our large model uses massive historical traffic data to learn and analyze, we can automatically generate intersection signal control optimization strategy suggestions based on real-time traffic data, so as to adjust the traffic light time at any time according to the traffic flow, realize the intelligent diversion of road vehicles, and alleviate traffic congestion." On September 6, in the future artificial intelligence computing center, Zhang Miao, general manager of Zhongke Shiyu (Xi'an) Technology Co., Ltd., introduced that recently, we have just released a "Qinling Qinchuan Transportation Big Model" with hundreds of billions of parameters, which uses the "pre-training large model + downstream task fine-tuning" mode in the artificial intelligence intelligent transportation industry.
This large model has the characteristics of multiple data sources, rich tasks to be completed, a wide range of applicable scenarios, and strong comprehension ability, which can approach the cognitive and reasoning ability of the human brain. For special category vehicles such as muck trucks, it can overcome scenarios that are difficult to deal with by traditional AI technologies such as night, modification, dirt, number plate obscuration, and garbage camouflage, and improve the automation level of law enforcement and control business of special category vehicles.
As the first large-scale AI computing power cluster in the west and currently the second largest in the country, the Future Artificial Intelligence Computing Center can be called the "strongest brain" in the west, and the center helps Xi'an build a model city of a new generation of national artificial intelligence innovation and development pilot zone by building an artificial intelligence ecosystem based on the Ascend full-stack localization framework. In June 2023, the Future Artificial Intelligence Computing Center was selected as the first batch of national new generation artificial intelligence public computing power open innovation platforms, and was the first unit in Northwest China to be selected for this list.
Up to now, the Future Artificial Intelligence Computing Center has cooperated with more than 180 colleges and universities and enterprises across the country, exported 179 multi-industry solutions, carried out 16 scientific research projects with various universities and institutes, and held 111 ecological activities such as technology summits, developer competitions, and start-up docking. The center, together with first-tier universities, scientific research institutes and leading artificial intelligence enterprises, jointly launched a number of large model research such as "Qinling Xidian Remote Sensing Brain Model" of Xidian University, "Qinling Soaring Fluid Mechanics Large Model" of Northwestern Polytechnical University, "Cloud Ask Enterprise Knowledge Big Model", and "Qinling Qinchuan Transportation Big Model" of Zhongke Vision, creating a pilot project of innovation and integration of university research institutes and computing centers.
With independent innovation of artificial intelligence software and hardware infrastructure as the key support, the Future Artificial Intelligence Computing Center provides accurate and reliable model training and reasoning services for artificial intelligence universities, enterprises and research institutes, meets the diversified needs of industrial development for computing power, opens up the closed loop of artificial intelligence "government-industry-learning-research-application", further empowers local traditional industries, and accelerates the rapid improvement of industrial energy levels.
