Anyone with a little historical knowledge knows that the central official system pioneered by China from the Sui and Tang dynasties is a three-province and six-part system. The three provinces refer to the three provinces of Zhongshu, Menxia and Shangshu, and the six provinces are officials, households, ceremonies, soldiers, criminals, and soldiers. (Although the name varies slightly from period to period, the general function remains unchanged)
The three provinces and six ministries system, which originated in the Sui Dynasty, formed a custom, was in the Tang Dynasty. Although the Tang Dynasty set up twenty-four divisions under the six ministries as the central administrative center, the so-called nine temples and five supervisors played a very important role.
The Six Classics of Tang is the administrative code of the Tang Dynasty, which clearly stipulates the legal status of the Nine Temples and Five Prisons in the state institutions: it is the office of the central government. The Nine Temples and Five Supervision Institutions are very large, and the total number of people from the secretary of state and the prison to the people who provide meals and drivers is as high as 11,312. The total number of personnel in the entire Shangshu Province is only 1292.

The organizational structure and scope of the Nine Temples and Five Prisons are roughly as follows:
Taichang Temple: In charge of the affairs of the temple Music Ceremony Shrine. There are eight departments under the suburban society, Taimiao, Zhuling, Taile, Gongfu, Taiyi, Taibu, and Liuyi, with a quota of 1177 people. The chief officer is Tai Changqing one person, Zheng Sanpin; Shao Qing two, Zheng Si Pin Shang; Tai Chang Cheng two people, Zheng Wu Pin Xia.
Guanglu Temple: Responsible for the Prime Minister's pilgrimage, sacrifice and other ceremonies in the meal and shame offering, there are four departments under the Taiguan, Zhenyi, Liangyi, and Palm, with a quota of 2777 people. The chief officer is Guanglu Qing one, from the third pin; two Shaoqing, from the fourth pin; Guanglu Cheng two, from the six pins.
Hongxu Temple: in charge of diplomatic ceremonies and funeral rites, there are two departments of ceremonies and celebrants, with a quota of 225 people. The chief officer is One Hongxuqing, from Sanpin; two Shaoqing, from Sipin; and one Hongxuqing from Liupin.
Weiwei Temple: in charge of the national arsenal, equipment, cultural relics, under the arsenal, weapons, guard three departments, the quota of 1694 people. The chief officer is Wei Weiqing one, from sanpin; two Shaoqing, from sipin; and wei wei cheng two, from six pins.
Zongzheng Temple: in charge of imperial affairs, under the lingtai and Chongxuan second office, the quota is 44 people. The chief officer is Zong Zhengqing, from the third pin; the shaoqing two, from the four pins; Zong Zhengcheng two, from the six pins.
Taibu Temple: In charge of the affairs of stables, pastors, cars, and public opinions, the four departments of Huang, Dian, Dianmu, and Chefu are under the command, and the quota is 2439 people. The chief has one servant from the three pins, two from the four pins, and four tai servants from the six pins.
Dali Temple: It is the central judicial department, which is in charge of judging and punishing matters, and all offenders who commit crimes until they are exiled to death are questioned in detail and reported to the Punishment Department. The capacity is 285 people. The chief officers are Dali Qing one, from the three pins; two Shao Qing, from the four pins; and Dali Cheng six people, from the six pins.
Si Nong Temple: in charge of warehouses, yuanyuan, tuntian and other matters, there are four departments under Shanglin, Taicang, Hook Shield and Guide Officer, which are set at 2086 people. The chief officers are Si Nongqing one, from the three pins; two Shaoqing, from the four pins; six Si NongQing, from the six pins.
Taifu Temple: In charge of goods and trade, the eight departments of the four cities of the Beijing Division, Pingzhun, Left and Right Tibet, and Changping are set at 304 people. The chief officers have one Taifu Qing, from sanpin; two Shaoqing, from sipin; and taifu xi four, from six pins.
Guozijian : It is the central cultural and educational institution, the highest institution of learning, with six schools of Guozi, Taixue, Simen, Law, Calligraphy, and Arithmetic, with a fixed number of 112 people. The chief officer called Guozi one person, from the third pin; the second official called the Guozi Siye two, from the four pins; the Guozi Cheng one person, from the six pins.
The second supervisor is in charge of the hundred crafts and the construction of major national projects, and the division of labor is different, these two supervisors are in charge of handicraft production according to the decree of the Shangshu Ministry, of which the Shaofu supervisor is in charge of dyeing, forging, and smelting, and will be in charge of civil engineering and pottery production. There are five departments under the Supervision of shaofu, namely Zhongshang, Zuo Shang, Right Shang, Weaving and Dyeing, and Palm Ye, with a fixed number of 387 people. The chief has one Shaofu supervisor, from the third pin; two shaofu supervisors, from the fourth pin; and six shaofu servants, from the six pins. It will be the official office of the four departments and three supervisors and hundreds of workers, with a fixed staff of 360 people. There will be one master craftsman, from the three pins; two young craftsmen, from the four pins; and four will be the four masters, from the six pins.
Ordnance Supervisor: Responsible for the manufacture of armored crossbows, under the armor workshop, crossbow workshop two departments, fixed 70 people. The chief has one supervisor, who is on the fourth pin; one who is a young jailer, who is on the fifth pin; two who is a supervisor, and who is on the seventh pin.
Dushui Supervisor: In charge of the affairs of Kawazawa Tsuneyoshi, there are 352 people under the Second Bureau of Boats and Canals. The chief said that the two messengers of the capital water were on the five pins; the two people of the du shui were from the five pins; and the master was one person, from the eight pins.
