Travelogue: A palace of Prince Gong, half of the history of the Qing Dynasty.

"A Prince Gong's mansion, half of the history of the Qing Dynasty."

After lunch, after the rain and the sun, walk from the "Nanguanfang Hutong" on the shore of Shicha Sea to the "Prince Gong's Mansion" (located in the southwest corner of Shichahai, just above the dragon vein).

Go and see the "Three Exquisite and One Treasure" ("Back Hood Building", "Western Gate", "Grand Theater" and "Fuzi Monument").

Following a very interesting tour guide, he said and Kan:

1. He must have what the emperor has, and even if the emperor does not have, he must have it!

The emperor had the Old Summer Palace (Western Building, Great Water Law), so he also built a white jade "Western Gate" in his back garden.

There is also a stone shaped like a mother holding a child, called the "Sending Child Guanyin Stone", which was seen by Helong and Qianlong when they went down to Jiangnan and asked for by Qianlong (they gave birth to their son Feng Shen Yinde the next year).

Entering the garden through the Western Gate, there is a "bat pool", the whole pool is shaped like a bat, and it looks like a gold ingot, and it is the same as "fu". The area around the bat pond is full of elm trees, and when the elm trees bloom and the flowers fill the bat pool, it is like a "cornucopia" full of silver money.

Bat pool

The emperor called himself "Long live", and Hejun called himself "Wanfu". (The entire garden is full of statues of bats, under the corridor, on lanterns, etc., it is said that there are 10,000 of them, which means good fortune)

And there is a big secret hidden in the rockery behind the bat pond, and the "Fuzi Stele" written by Qianlong for his imperial grandmother Empress Xiaozhuang (that is, the first blessing in the world) is hidden in the rockery (somehow stolen). The overall slenderness of this "Fu" character means: many children, many talents, many clothes, many fields, many longevity, many blessings! (After reading Prince Gong's "The First Blessing in the World", I realized that Alipay's "sweeping blessing" activity every Spring Festival referred to Qianlongye's "Fu").

There is also a fully enclosed "big theater" with a "amplification" effect (later built by Prince Gong, the half-brother of the Xianfeng Emperor), and nine large cylinders are buried under the theater to achieve the effect of amplification.

The place where Helong worked was called Yin'an Hall (also known as Yinluan Hall, and the place where the emperor held meetings in the Forbidden City was called Jinluan Hall).

2. There is also a double-storey treasure building with "99 and a half rooms" - "back hood building"

And the windows of each room are different (like a code-like mark, each room contains different treasures). At the time of the raid, it is said that 80 horse-drawn carriages were pulled for 7 days and 7 nights.

It is said that in addition to the treasure building, there are gold and silver hidden under the ground and in the walls.

The house where Hejun lived was called "Xijinzhai", which was a two-story building with an indoor interior, also called "Xian Lou" (and Xian Lou was exclusive to the royal family in ancient times). In recent years, the pillar of golden silk nan wood (imperial wood) valued at 2.7 billion yuan is here, and a chair inside is worth millions! (The chair is inlaid with glittering silver instead of "mother-of-pearl nuts"). And the ground is a precious piebald mother stone (a brick is said to be worth 80,000).

It is said that the Jiaqing Emperor was very angry when he saw "Xijin Zhai"! Because this "Xijin Zhai" was built after the Forbidden City "Leshou Hall" (where Qianlong retreated), while Qianlong's "Leshou Hall" is made of pine wood, and Helong's "Xi Jinzhai" is made of golden silk nan!

3. On the third day of the Jiaqing Emperor's succession, he raided Hejun's house.

900 million taels of silver (said to be equivalent to the tax revenue of the 20th year of the Qing Dynasty) were copied.

He Juan also knew how much he was greedy, how big the charges he had, and how much he disliked him (the Jiaqing Emperor), so he was very afraid that he would investigate him after he succeeded to the throne, so he asked Qianlong to marry Princess Gulun and Xiao (Qianlong's favorite ten princesses) for his son Feng Shen Yinde (given the name given at the time of marriage). In the end, it was indeed because of Princess Hexiao that his son's life was saved. And this mansion was also rebuilt on the original site after the marriage (so it was originally a princess mansion).

Before the Qianlong Emperor died, in order to save his life, Helong also asked the Qianlong Emperor for a bag (it must not be opened unless it is a matter of life and death). When the Jiaqing Emperor raided the house, Hejun held up the bag and said that there was an edict from the emperor, and when he opened the bag, there were three words written in it: "Leave the whole corpse".

After Hejun's house was raided, the house passed into the hands of Prince Gong, and it was later changed to "Prince Gong's Mansion".

4. Many people don't know why Qianlong knows about Hejun's greed, but still condones.

In addition to being able to do things because Helong is indeed talented, it is also another way for Qianlong to save money for his son (equivalent to another treasury, in fact, it is much richer than the treasury, it is said that there are 15 Qing treasuries)

There is also a rumor: when Qianlong was a child (still Hongli time), he was surrounded by eunuchs and palace maidens, and he was kneeled by this and that every day, and he developed the nature of not being afraid of heaven and earth. And when he first opened his mood, when he was playing in the harem, he met a very good-looking little girl (in fact, it was Yongzheng's concubine, he didn't know), so he quietly stepped forward and covered the little girl's eyes from behind to play. When this was known by the empress at the time (Concubine Xi, that is, Zhen Huan), she charged the girl and secretly executed her. (Because Hongli is going to be the emperor in the future, there must be no stain on his body, and teasing his father's concubine is really a big disobedience!) )

After Hongli found out, he blamed himself very guilty! He said: If there is an afterlife, he will protect her for the rest of her life.

Until more than 30 years later, Hongli was already Qianlong, and met Hekan, who looked very much like that girl (Hekan was said to be very handsome when he was young), so he asked Hekan if there were sisters in the family? Kazuki said no.

It opened the indulgence of Hejun's life.

(Listen to the tour guide, if there is any mistake, please point out!) Thank! )
