In 2021, the Xiangyin County Party Committee and County Government began to vigorously promote the Swan Mountain Tourist Highway Project. What if the masses do not understand? Town and village cadres visited the door many times to coordinate road repair. In the exchange again and again, the people in the village changed their attitude towards road construction, and the arrogance of blocking the road turned into the enthusiasm of hospitality. In the hot summer, local villagers also brought their own tea and melons to the workers.
Watching the cadres rushing day and night for the land under their feet, villager Xia Weihua also returned to his hometown to join the construction of this road. For him, when he is away from home, it is the boss, the businessman. But back home, I am just a common people, hoping that my hometown is good.
"No matter how much money you make, no matter how many houses you have outside, only your hometown is considered home." Xia Weihua sighed lightly, "It turns out that when I go home and walk the mountain road, I have to change four tires in two years." Now that the village is building roads, the government has strong support, and the village secretary fully cooperates, and Xia Weihua naturally responds positively.
Because he was afraid that the highway was a tofu dregs project, Xia Weihua, who was originally engaged in the construction industry, actively participated in the construction, selected materials with the construction team, and became a "volunteer worker" in the construction team. "This is not only the road I want to take, but also the road that my children and grandchildren will take, and we must do it well," Xia Weihua said.

The fire passage between the former Huaguang Village and Goose Village is no longer used as the last line of defense for forest fire prevention, only for fire vehicles to use at extraordinary times, but has become part of the Swan Hill AB Ring Road, which is wide enough to support the normal travel of residents and fire safety functions at the same time.

After the road was opened to traffic, the development of the farmhouse flourished, and the transportation cost of the pig farm it operated was greatly reduced, and Yang Wei jumped from a difficult economic situation to become a leader in the village to become rich.

Halfway up Swan Mountain, the Goose-shaped Mountain Souvenirs Exhibition Center was opened in August this year, and more Goose-shaped mountain delicacies such as "golden shoots" were sold out of Xiangyin and sold throughout the country. If going out to work was once the last choice of many villagers in Goose Village, then the development of today's Goose Mountain Tourist Highway has given more and more villagers the opportunity to stay in their hometown and build their hometown.
