Shanghai Jiaoyun Bus Passenger Transport (Group) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Long-distance Bus Terminal Co., Ltd. introduced that the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day are approaching, and there will be holidays from September 29 to October 6. In order to facilitate the majority of passengers to travel and return to their hometowns, all passenger terminals and long-distance bus terminals belonging to the transport bus will start pre-selling long-distance tickets during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day from September 1.

Ticketing instructions
1. Real-name ticket purchase: Passengers need to provide a valid ID when purchasing tickets, a valid ID is only allowed to purchase one real-name ticket on the same train, passengers should present a valid ticket and their own ID when checking on the train, and cooperate with the staff to check. Valid identity documents include: resident identity card, temporary identity card, household registration booklet, motor vehicle driver's license, passport, Hong Kong and Macao pass, Taiwan compatriot card, military officer card, police officer card, soldier card, etc.;
2. Free ticket and half-ticket policy for children: According to the Regulations on the Administration of Road Transport Prices issued by the Ministry of Communications, each adult passenger can bring one child under the age of 6 (including 6 years old) or under 1.2 meters (including 1.2 meters) in height, and does not occupy a seat alone for free. Children aged 6~14 or 1.2~1.5 meters tall will be treated half-price and provided with seats;
3. Passengers can prove the age of the child through ID card, temporary ID card, household registration booklet, etc. However, when the bus is fully loaded, the number of children in the free bus shall not exceed 10% of the authorized number of passengers.

Passengers can purchase tickets on-site at the ticket counters of each passenger terminal (South Passenger Station, Hongqiao West Station, Pudong East Railway Station, Hutai Station, Chuansha Station, Nanhui Station, Gaoqiao Station, Chongming Station, Meilanhu Station, Pudong Airport Bus Station).
Passengers can check and purchase tickets through the Jiajiuxing Ticketing System (www.yun-bus.com).

Tips

Mid-Autumn Festival National Day double festival ticket sales schedule
Starting from September 1, 2023 (Friday), tickets can be pre-sold until October 6, for a total of 36 days, and 10 days of pre-sale will resume on September 28, and pre-sale can be pre-sold until October 7 on the same day.
How to purchase tickets
On-site ticket purchase: Long-distance bus terminal sets up an on-site ticket window and service desk in the arc ticket hall on the first floor to handle on-site ticket sales and refund business for passengers. The arc ticket hall on the first floor will arrange multiple Alipay and WeChat vending all-in-one machines for passengers to purchase and collect tickets on site.
