03 Temporary traffic management measures
1. The site is the closed area of Charbagh Street (West Ring Middle Road intersection - the entrance to the event site). This area is forbidden to social vehicles, and public security, emergency firefighting, ambulance and vehicles with activity vehicles can enter.
2. Temporary traffic control will be implemented on Charbagh Street (from the event site to the intersection of Kexi Street), Wansheng Avenue, and the north-south two-way off-bridge ramp of the West Ring Viaduct. The Urumqi traffic police will guide vehicle personnel in the area to the event site in a safe and orderly manner.
3. Citizens at the exit of Shuiku Street from north to south of Xihuan Middle Road Auxiliary Road-Wansheng Street intersection of Fuhai Road-Ke Xi Street intersection of Fuhai Road - Kexi Street Junction of West Ring Middle Road - Ronghe City Phase III temporary signal light intersection of Xicheng Street are recommended to choose other roads to detour.
There are traffic police and security personnel on duty along the route and at various intersections, please obey the command of the on-site traffic police, and citizens traveling around the area choose other routes to detour.
