It turned out that Hu Qinggang, a migrant worker, was maliciously owed wages by the company, and failed to file lawsuits in court many times, and as a result, he rushed into the court with a knife in a fit of anger and stabbed four judges in order to vent his anger.

On September 9, 2015, Hu Qinggang walked into the Shiyan Intermediate People's Court with a wrapped square object in his hand.
He came to the court to receive a second-instance judgment on a labor dispute, so he specially contacted the female judge Liu Tan.
After Liu Tan received Hu Qinggang downstairs, the two went to Liu Tan's office, and along the way, Hu Qinggang listened to Liu Tan's account of the case to him, and he was very calm the whole time.
When he arrived at the office, Liu Tan gave the verdict to Hu Qinggang and told him that the verdict was probably the final result, saying that he had already tried the case many times and that in principle, he could not continue to appeal.
If Hu Qinggang still chooses to appeal, he will still end up losing.
After receiving the verdict, when Hu Qinggang saw the very conspicuous words "dismiss the appeal and uphold the original judgment", his mood could no longer calm down, and he constantly questioned Liu Tan why he, as a victim, lost one case after another.

This sudden change naturally attracted the attention of another judge not far away, who quickly ran forward to try to rescue, but before he could get close to Hu Qinggang's body with his bare hands, he was stabbed several times.
At the same time, the two judges next door, after hearing the continuous screams, rushed to check the situation as soon as possible, and happened to collide with Hu Qinggang, who was about to escape, and the two judges immediately wanted to control Hu Qinggang and seize the murder weapon in his hand.
But Hu Qinggang, who had already killed the red eye, directly lost his mind in the face of the two judges' stopping, and stabbed the two several times.
Hu Qinggang rushed out of the room after stabbing the four judges, and because he was unfamiliar with the surrounding environment, he ran to a dead end, and he was subdued on the spot by the bailiffs who rushed in.
The four injured judges were also rushed to the hospital, and after full treatment, all four were out of danger, including female judge Liu Tan, a nursing mother.
Because both of Hu's stabs pierced Liu Tan's left and right chests, causing damage to her mammary glands, she could no longer breastfeed her ten-month-old child.

In 2013, because Hu Qinggang wanted to earn more money, he was introduced to work in an auto repair company and worked hard for most of the year.
As a result, when settling his salary, Hu Qinggang found that his salary was less than half of his colleague's, and Hu Qinggang, who was unhappy, found his boss and wanted to get back his other half of his salary.
In the face of Hu Qinggang's questioning, the boss blocked him on the grounds that he did not sign the labor contract, and as for why he did not sign the labor contract, it was because when Hu Qing first came to the auto repair company, the boss set a trap for him.

"If the labor contract has not been signed for more than one month, the company needs to pay the employee double wages according to the regulations."

So, he appealed again, and even in order to get more than 60,000 yuan in compensation, Hu Qinggang paid a high price to hire a lawyer.
However, in the second trial, Hu Qinggang still failed to produce new evidence, and his reasons for appeal were the same as the first time, and the result was obvious, Hu Qinggang lost the case again.
After losing the case twice, Hu Qinggang gradually developed resentment in his heart, thinking that the judge of the court colluded with the boss of his company, which would obstruct him again and again.
Because of this, Hu Qinggang eventually went to extremes, stabbed four judges in succession, and he also paid for his impulsiveness, and finally Hu Qinggang was sentenced to 11 years in prison for intentional wounding.
