Greenlink 30W fast charging charger out of the box

After reading the unpacking and testing of this charger of Greenlink, let's disassemble it and take a look at the internal materials.
First, pry open the charger housing along the housing seam, and the pins are connected to the PCBA module by shrapnel.
The pins are crimped with the shrapnel.
The PCBA module is glued and fixed between the housing and the housing.
Take out the PCBA module, and the components are also glued and reinforced.
Glue filling between transformers, electrolytic capacitors and isolation plates.
The PCBA module length is approximately 40mm measured using a vernier caliper.
The PCBA module width is about 38.7mm.
The thickness of the PCBA module is about 18.55mm.
The front of the PCBA module is at a glance, the upper soldered chip fuse, NTC thermistor, the left side welded common mode inductor, the high voltage filter capacitor, the right side solder transformer. The lower left corner solders the protocol chip, the lower right corner solders the output filter capacitor, and the USB-C mother seat is soldered on the vertical small board.

The switching power supply main control chip adopts BWI Micro KP22035, which is a high-performance current mode PWM converter chip for offline flyback converters with integrated CoolMos. The chip adopts green energy-saving mode, hiccup mode, mid-load valley floor conduction mode and other optimized system efficiency, which can easily meet the six-level energy efficiency requirements. The chip supports 8-75V VDD power supply, which is convenient to meet the requirements of wide voltage output power supply.
KP22035 Built-in high-precision 65KHz switching frequency oscillator, integrated slope compensation, soft start, frequency dithering technology, loop gain adjustment and other functions. The stability, reliability and electromagnetic compatibility of its system have been greatly improved.
KP22035 integrated with complete protection functions, including: VDD undervoltage protection (UVLO), VDD overvoltage protection (VDD OVP), output overvoltage protection (OVP), output undervoltage protection (UVP), cycle-by-cycle current limit (OCP), overload protection (OLP), short circuit protection (SCP), built-in overtemperature protection, leading edge blanking (), CS pin open circuit protection, etc.

The OR1009 photocoupler is used for output voltage feedback regulation.
The synchronous rectification chip model is KP40511 and belongs to the KP4051X series of products of Beyi Micro. This is a high-performance secondary-side synchronous rectifier chip with built-in MOS that can replace Schottky rectifier diodes to improve system efficiency. Support High Side and Low Side configurations, and built-in VDD high-voltage power supply module, no auxiliary winding power supply, reducing system cost.
KP40511 has a fast shutdown function and supports intermittent operation (DCM), quasi-resonant operation (QR), and continuous operation (CCM).
KP40511 built-in 100V 16mΩ conduction MOSFET and intelligent turn-on detection function, which can effectively prevent SR false turn-on caused by Vds oscillation in intermittent operation mode (DCM).
The output is soldered with protocol chips, USB-C mother socket plates and output filter capacitors.
The output filter capacitors are from Emerald and are BC series solid capacitors with a specification of 680μF 25V.
The protocol chip adopts the SW2301H of Zhirong Technology, which is a highly integrated multi-protocol fast charging solution, supporting USB-C and USB-A port applications, supporting mainstream fast charging protocols such as PD, QC, FCP, AFC, SFCP and PE, and supporting optocoupler feedback and FB feedback two working modes.
SW2301H integrates CV/CC control loop, Type-C interface logic, fast charging protocol controller, and multiple safety protection functions. With AC-DC or DC-DC and a small number of peripheral components, a complete high-performance Type-C port/Type-A port fast charging solution can be formed.
SW2301H also supports I2C interface, integrated discharge function, supports NMOS/PMOS VBUS switchgear, and supports dynamic power distribution to meet the use of multi-port chargers. The chip supports external NTC for overtemperature protection to achieve comprehensive protection functions.
The 5mΩ sampling resistor senses the output current.
VBUS switch transistor from Weizhao Semiconductor, model VS3622AE, is a 30V withstand voltage NMOS with a conduction of 7.9mΩ and is available in a PDFN3333 package.
