I, on the other hand, completely fixed my spirit on the scriptures, and let the wind outside the window be like the sound of rain, and the sound is full of sounds, but there is no wind or rain or sunshine.
When one focuses on something, the energy is huge enough to shake the Himalayas. The ancients said: "There is nothing in the world, mediocrity disturbs itself". When you are disturbed, it is comparable to the chaos of the world. What is chaotic is often not the external world, but your heart. People are tired of life, who cares about themselves? The secret of Buddhism lies in controlling the heart. It's not the wind, it's not the amplitude, it's the heart. A person who can control his heart will inevitably overcome himself and reap invincibility!
