A day earlier, on the afternoon of November 9, Liu Jiayi, secretary of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee, and Gong Zheng, deputy secretary of the provincial party committee and governor of Shandong Province, met with Ding Zhaozhong in Jinan with Chinese and foreign guests attending the symposium on the establishment of the Shandong Institute of Advanced Technology.
