On October 23, Liu Feng, secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, went to the construction site of Jingdezhen Arts Vocational University and the construction site of the second phase of the road flood control project along Jiangxi Road to supervise the construction of key projects on the spot. Liu Feng stressed that the current construction of key projects is large, the time is tight, and the tasks are heavy, and the relevant responsible units should further enhance the sense of urgency, and under the premise of ensuring quality and safety, closely follow the time node and make every effort to push forward to ensure that the project is completed and delivered on schedule.

In late autumn, the temperature is getting cooler. Walking into the construction site of the Jingdezhen Arts Vocational University project, you can see the busy work of construction personnel everywhere, excavators and transport vehicles shuttling back and forth, and the scene is full of enthusiasm. Liu Feng and his party stepped on the mud, walked along the main road of the planned campus, walked and looked all the way, and inquired in detail about the planning and design of the project, functional zoning, construction progress and preparations for running the school. He pointed out that the new campus of Jingdezhen Arts Vocational University is built on the mountain and backed by the mountain valley, and the modern building and the original ecology are harmoniously integrated here, providing a good learning and living environment for students. While retaining the original ecological base, we must also attach great importance to the two major risks of water and fire, and tighten the safety string at all times. Construction units should put safety and quality in the first place, look at the whole province and the whole country, find gaps in the advanced areas of the standard, further improve quality standards, and further tighten construction requirements; we must seize the golden period of project construction, grab a day is a day, scientifically plan, reverse the construction period, and comprehensively and efficiently solve the difficulties and problems in the process of project advancement. Schools should strengthen the construction of emergency rescue teams, and security personnel must be set up at important points; they must actively organize and mobilize students to participate in emergency rescue drills, and effectively strengthen the safety awareness of all teachers and students.
At the site of the flood control project of the second phase of the road along Jiangxi Road, workers are demolishing the wall. While listening to the project report and checking the progress of the project, Liu Feng conducted on-site scheduling of various problems arising during the construction process. Liu Feng stressed that cultural relics such as chimneys are the precious wealth of old Jingdezhen and the memory of a generation of porcelain people. We must earnestly strengthen the protection of cultural relics, and the existing uncoordinated buildings around cultural relics can be demolished and relocated in accordance with the plan; for historical relics, they should be preserved as originally as possible, and brightened on the basis of avoiding the destruction of their appearance and basic structure, so as to promote the glory of the times. All parties involved in the construction should firmly establish a sense of safety, strictly standardize the construction enclosure settings, accelerate the removal and transportation of construction waste, and ensure the safety, civilization and standardization of the construction site; they should strictly implement the main responsibility of the project, clarify the lifelong system of project quality responsibility, accelerate the formation of unity and cooperation, and grasp the work force of joint management, and ensure the completion of project construction tasks with high standards, high quality and high efficiency.
