This morning, both semifinals of the US Open Cup were played, with Miami International and Houston Dynamo defeating their respective opponents to meet the finals.

Messi became the assist king, contributed two assists, Campana doubled, and after a penalty shootout, Miami Internación eliminated Cincinnati, who ranked first in the East, 8-7, to reach the final first.

In extra time, Martinez pushed the goal to give Miami Internacional a 3-2 lead, and Yu Kubo also volleyed to score Cincinnati to tie the score, and finally the two teams drew 3-3 and entered a penalty shootout. In the penalty shootout, Internacional Miami made 5 free throws, Cincinnati's 5th free throw was saved, and Internacional Miami won 5:4 on penalties and won 8:7 on aggregate.
Dynamo Houston 3:1 Real Salt Lake City (extra time)
Dynamo Houston is ranked 6th in the MLS regular season West and 3rd in Real Salt Lake City West. However, throughout the game, Houston Dynamo dominated the court, with 67% possession, 27 shots on goal and 8 shots on target, but Salt Lake goalkeeper McMas performed well and contributed 6 wonderful saves.
Brazil assisted Herrera's goal in first-half stoppage time, Dynamo Houston broke the deadlock, and Baird's goal was blown in the second half, and Dynamo missed an opportunity to extend the lead. Savarino assisted Julio's goal to equalise for Real Salt Lake. In extra time, Brazil provided another assist, Carraskiglia helped Houston Dynamo to exceed the score again, and in the final moment, Brazil assisted a hat-trick, Caicedo scored, Houston Dynamo won 3-1 against Real Salt Lake City.
