On the afternoon of August 15, the demolition and reconstruction construction site of the Bailanghe Dongfeng Bridge in the urban area was a hot scene. Compared to more than half a month ago, there have been significant changes here, and significant progress has been made in construction.
The reporter saw at the scene that at present, the full brackets of the entire bridge have been fully erected, a steel body has been erected in the Bailanghe channel, some areas have begun to lay the arch circle bottom mold, some areas are placed with tons of bags, a number of large tower cranes are working, and the river is like a steel "dragon" lying down, which is very spectacular. At present, the demolition and reconstruction of the Bailanghe Dongfeng Bridge has entered a key node, and the prototype of the bridge will gradually appear.
In the rebar processing area on the east bank of the Bailang River, construction crews are busy machining rebar. At the site, a number of truck cranes are working non-stop, and the processed steel bars are directly lifted to the steel bar lashing site in the river for use by construction personnel.
According to Chen Xijun, the chief engineer of the project, the bridge span structure of the Bailanghe Dongfeng Bridge is divided into three spans, namely the east span, the middle span and the west span. At present, the construction of the western span is the fastest, the full hall brackets have been fully erected, the bottom mold of the arch ring has been laid, the pre-pressing of the ton bag has been completed, and the steel bar binding of the lower ring of the arch ring has been completed. The eastern span full hall bracket has been all erected, the bottom mold of the arch ring has been laid, the pre-pressing of the ton bag has been completed, and the steel bar binding of the lower ring of the arch ring is being carried out. The construction of the middle span full hall bracket and the bottom mold of the arch ring has been completed, and the pre-pressing of the ton bag is underway in preparation for the rebar binding of the lower ring of the arch ring.
From July to August, Weifang was in the flood season, which had a great impact on normal construction. In these construction processes, the construction of the full hall supports is unimaginably difficult because it is carried out in the river. After the hard work of all construction personnel, all the full hall supports of the entire bridge have been erected, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of the project.
It is understood that after the precompression of the ton bag and the steel bar binding of the lower ring of the arch ring are all completed, the Bailanghe Dongfeng Bridge will enter the arch circle pouring stage, when the entire new bridge will show its prototype.
Gong Fangliang, the person in charge of on-site construction, introduced that more than 100 construction personnel are working at the same time at the entire project construction site, and all construction personnel have overcome the adverse effects of difficult construction during the flood season, high temperature weather in summer, and frequent bad weather, and have made every effort to advance the construction to ensure that the project construction has made progress on schedule.
Gong Fangliang said that there is still a lot of construction content in the follow-up of the project, and the process is very complicated, coupled with the upcoming start of concrete pouring, the construction is still very difficult. Each subsequent construction node is very critical, related to the construction progress of the entire bridge, and all construction personnel will work hard as always to build the project well and quickly.
The new bridge of Bailanghe Dongfeng Bridge is a 28m + 46m + 28m beam arch composite bridge, with a bridge cross section of 4.2m sidewalk + 44.6m main road + 4.2m pavement, which is 10 meters wider than the old bridge. The design life of the new bridge is 100 years, and it is designed according to the flood control standard once in a century, which will be a qualitative leap compared with the previous bridge.
