The high-altitude ropes project is the only outdoor high-altitude sports project on large cruise ships, and it is also one of the favorite outdoor entertainment projects for teenagers, located in the 3rd vertical area of deck 12/14 of large cruise ships.
There are a total of 12 pillars in the entire aerial rope, 6 of which are located on deck 12 and 6 on deck 14, through pillar installation, unit connection, hanging rope, etc., a series of challenging levels are set up 10 meters above the deck, and challengers can choose according to their needs.
The high-altitude rope engineering package is provided by Ship Eastern, the manufacturer provides technical guidance, and Shanghai Construction Decoration undertakes the assembly and installation work. It took a total of 14 days from the start of construction to the completion of the formal inspection, which was completed 6 days earlier than originally planned. For safety and efficiency reasons, the aerial rope team discussed and decided to minimize the use of high work and gantry cranes on the ship during the project, and the structural parts involved were hoisted onto the ship as a whole after the assembly was completed; At the same time, the process method department and the carrying department were organized to optimize the lifting scheme of the manufacturer, and upgraded from 8 lifting bulk lifting scheme to 4 lifting overall lifting scheme, which improved the installation efficiency.
The inspection work inspected the column assembly and installation, equipment integrity and overall commissioning of the aerial rope, and the owner expressed great satisfaction with the overall status of the final completion of the aerial rope. This meant that the integrity of the interior area of the open-air deck of a large cruise ship was in the finishing stages. Before the end of this month, the large cruise ship will also complete the completion of the mini golf handover.
