Step 1:

Because the butterfly is small in size, and in order to reflect the light posture of the butterfly dancing with the wind, the line of the butterfly should grasp the characteristics of "light and agile". It is more appropriate to use gossamer strokes, and the texture of the edge skeleton of the butterfly forewings is relatively stiff, and a thinner nail-headed rattail stroke can be appropriately used. The thickness of the ink line should also vary with the inherent color of the butterfly itself.

Step 2:

The paper is brushed with a layer of bronze (Zhu Zhen plus ink plus a little Garcinia plus a little shu red) base color, all white parts are flat coated with light white foundation, and yellow parts are flat coated with pink yellow (Garcinia garcinia plus white) background color. The forewings of the butterfly are flatly coated with clear ink, the hindwings are flattened with light ink, and the erythematous part is flat coated with vermilion. The upper left blue-gray butterfly wings are flat-painted blue-gray on the front (flower blue plus a little ink and white), and the reverse side is plain gray (white powder plus trace ink). The thorax of the butterfly and the upper part of the abdomen are basically flattened with clear ink, and the lower abdomen is basically flattened with white powder. Thin waist bee black part flat coated medium ink.

Step 3:

The butterfly black spot part continues to be flat coated with medium ink, this step should be carefully applied, and the edges should be neat and smooth. Some very subtle places can be filled with the pure wolf italic of the trumpet. The macular part is partially stained with vermilion, the dark part of the white powder butterfly is mainly stained with light ochre ink color, and the erythematous part of the anchovy butterfly and the upper right butterfly is flat coated with cinnabar. The head, chest, abdomen and other parts of the butterfly are basically dyed with light ink, and the changes in the ring structure of the body should be explained clearly. The wings of the yellow pink butterfly are bright and the overall hood is dyed thin pink yellow (garcinia plus white). The roots of the forewings and the edges of the hindwings are partially covered with thin Garcinia cambogia. The eyeballs are flat coated with ochre ink and pale white powder according to the figure in this step.

Step 4:

All white parts are coated with medium concentration of white powder from the bright part to the dark part. After drying, wet the paper with water brush, and use a small shading pen to wash off the floating color on the white powder for the next thick white powder dyeing. All erythema parts are stained with a small area of akewara. The forewings of the butterfly are covered with ochre ink as a whole, and the hindwings are stained with heavy ink to dye the roots. The front of the blue-gray pink butterfly in the upper left center is dyed with head blue and ink on the front, and the bright part of the hindwing edge is dyed thin pink yellow. The macular part of the butterfly continues to be stained with vermilion. The banded markings of the lower right butterfly are stained with a heavier earthy red (vermilion with a little rouge). The abdomen of the butterfly is filled with ring-like markings in a small area, and the lower abdomen is stained with white powder. Heavy ink in small areas such as the head and chest.

Step 5:

All white parts of the bright parts are dyed with heavier white powder, washed again after drying to remove the floating color, and then repeatedly dyed according to the picture effect, until the dye is enough. The black spots on the white powder butterfly are written with light ink dots. Yellow pink butterflies are coated with a light medium yellow color several times. After all the black parts are stained or flat painted with heavy ink many times, they are also repeatedly washed with water to form an effect similar to pine smoke ink on the screen, so that the ink appears old and dull. The front of the upper left bluish-gray pink butterfly is covered with blue-gray (flower blue plus white powder plus a little three greens), and the reverse side of the wing adds a large amount of white powder to this color.

Step 6:

This step is a final detail and should be carefully handled. The black spots on the white powder butterfly are reduced in ink and written again, the white spots on the orange butterfly in front are directly written with white powder, and the bright wings of the lower right blue-green butterfly let the wings of the open wing veins dye thin five greens. The forewings of the anchovy are carefully outlined, and the bright spots of the hindwings are carefully pointed out with a small pen dipped in three greens, and the black wing veins are vacated. The eyeballs are all flat coated with ochre ink in the middle of the dyeing light ink, and all the flat coated white powder in the middle is directly dotted with clear ink. The dark spots of the butterfly in the upper right are drawn with a scattered pen using a different ink color dot brush. The wings of the slender-waisted bee are directly dotted with crimson (vermilion plus moth and rouge). The upper left blue-gray pink butterfly wings are light gray hooks on the front, the crimson hook lines on the reverse, and the white spots on the reverse side are thick white powder spots, and then repeat the dots with heavy ink after drying.
