The film tells the story of Frankie Dio (Lee VanCleef), a high-ranking thug who turns himself in to the police or illegal gambling (for reasons I don't seem clear). Tony (Tony Lo Bianco) is a low-level thug who frequents the billiard hall and envies Frankie in his free time. Being in the right place at the right time, Tony and Frankie are arrested together and sent to jail... There, they form a bond that may not be exactly friendship, but it will be now.
A very good Italian crime comedy, the whole film is full of Italian flavor, like Edvicki Fanizi must watch, I especially recommend a good movie.
