Fang Jing was also a goddess in the minds of a generation, she studied under Guo Lanying, and was also known as "CCTV famous mouth".
However, such an excellent host was framed by friends and fell into the "spy gate" turmoil. Rumors spread for a while, she was forced to choose to retire, and after her career was hit, she suffered from cancer and finally died at the age of 44.

Back on the evening of March 1, 2009, when Fang Jing disappeared from public view after hosting an episode of "Defense New Observation", no one knows why.
But one day, three months later, Zhou Yijun, a professor at Peking University who went by the online name "A Yi", published an article titled "Test Cheating Has Been Modernized."
In the article, he wrote that Fang Jing applied to host the program "Defense New Observation" in order to obtain a leak of military intelligence, and was arrested on the night of May 12.
As soon as this news came out, it immediately spread throughout the country, spread ten, ten and hundred, rumors spread everywhere, and netizens also spread the "military leak" at the beginning into "spies".
The crime of espionage is big, and the famous CCTV host is a spy? It immediately aroused heated discussions among the whole people.
The publisher of the news was Zhou Yijun, and because of his status as an associate professor at Peking University's School of Journalism and Communication, many people felt that his words were extremely credible, and they also felt that he did not seem to have the need to frame Fang Jing.
So at that time, people thought that his words were true, and by the way, they dug up a relationship that Fang Jing had had, and this boy was picked up as a professional spy. So this incident brought Fang Jing to the cusp of public opinion.
But Fang Jing did not choose to escape in the face of sudden public opinion violence, when she opened a blog and issued a statement, saying that she stopped the recording of "Defense New Observation" to wait for the stage to rearrange the work content, and would use legal weapons to defend her legitimate rights and interests and punish the source of defamation.
Subsequently, the media reporter seized on this hot spot and interviewed Fang Jing, asking her what she thought of public opinion on the Internet.
But Fang Jing replied with a calm face, everything she has obtained now is brought to her by the motherland and the people, and she has no reason to betray the motherland, and she will never betray the country and her soul.
At the same time, Zhou Yijun did not admit his slanderous behavior, but instead sophistically argued that he only said that Fang Jing had leaked secrets, but did not say that she was a spy.
At that time, in order to prove Fang Jing's innocence, Tai Li let her host the program "World Weekly" as quickly as possible and returned to the public's vision.
But after this incident, the public opinion environment was not friendly to Fang Jing, so in order to reduce the impact, Tai Li did not let her host "Defense New Observation" again.
Even if Fang Jing did not return to the program she originally hosted, being able to reappear in front of everyone was the best means of clarification. But after the show aired, Zhou Yijun posted four more words on his blog: Fang Jing won. What this sentence is alluding to, many people do not know for a while.
Because of Zhou Yijun's unexplained but highly pointed words, Fang Jing has not been able to cleanly remove the label of spy. Later, Fang Jing was forced to choose to leave.

After this short hosting, she disappeared from the public eye, and when she heard her again half a year later, it was the bad news that she died of illness in Taiwan.
In 2015, Fang Jing, who was only 44 years old, died of cancer in Taiwan. It turned out that after she retired that year, she went to live in Taiwan. She may have decided to start a new life, but during a physical examination, stomach cancer was detected.
Perhaps because her career has dealt her such a heavy blow, and her body has suffered from this disease again, she suddenly feels hopeless in life. The long-term depression had a great impact on the condition, and later she was unable to rescue her during an attack and finally died with regret.
Fang Jing's departure is really regrettable, and such an excellent person as she should not have suffered groundless speculation that caused her to give up the career she loved, and her future was ruined.
Fang Jing can enter CCTV as a host, which is inseparable from her diligent efforts since childhood. Fang Jing has been what her parents often call "other people's children" since she was a child.
Heaven gave Fang Jing a good voice, she has liked to sing since she was a child, and her singing voice is beautiful. After Guo Lanying heard Fang Jing sing, she felt that she was a good seedling for singing, so she accepted Fang Jing as an apprentice, intending to train Fang Jing to become her successor.
But later, Fang Jing's parents were worried that singing would affect Fang Jing's studies, so they stopped Fang Jing's music learning path. After that, Fang Jing focused on studying, and was the first place in every exam.
Once, Fang Jing saw a story about diplomats in the book, in which the diplomat spoke fluent English, maneuvering between countries and heroic. This image immediately attracted Fang Jing, so she had the idea of becoming a diplomat, and then she practiced English hard.
But at that time, two teachers from the Beijing Broadcasting Institute came to the school, and they encouraged students to apply for the Broadcasting Institute, which Fang Jing was not interested in. But the school required the whole class to follow to the audition, so Fang Jingxi also followed them.
Among the students who auditioned for this sound, only Fang Jing's voice was recognized by the teachers of the Broadcasting Academy. After a series of understandings, she fell in love with broadcasting. In order to pursue her dream, she gave up her guarantee qualification from Beijing Foreign Chinese University and was admitted to the broadcasting and hosting major of Communication University of China with high scores.
After graduating, she successfully entered CCTV as an intern. Originally just an ordinary intern, she did not have a chance to show herself, but by an unexpected opportunity, the leader saw her outstanding ability.
