All organs, enterprises and institutions in the county, and the broad masses of the people:
Affected by the recent continuous high temperature and dry weather, the city's electricity load has risen sharply, and the power guarantee situation is grim. In order to resolutely guard the safety of the power grid and the bottom line of people's livelihood electricity consumption, actively respond to and alleviate the pressure on the power grid, and maximize the normal use of electricity in the economy, society, production and life, and encourage all organs, enterprises and institutions, industrial and commercial users and the general public in the county to join hands to save electricity and stagger peak electricity consumption, the following proposals are hereby issued:
1. Party and government organs, enterprises and institutions in the county are requested to take the lead. Set the temperature of the indoor air conditioner to not less than 27 °C, turn off the electrical equipment that has not been used for a long time in time, and turn off office appliances such as computers and printers. Turn off the decorative landscape lighting of office buildings; Stop the elevator below three floors in the office space, and advocate the operation of elevators in high-rise buildings in sections or the stop of the compartment; Make full use of natural lighting, use lighting fixtures wisely, and reduce the amount and time of lighting as much as possible.
2. Public lighting is scientific and reasonable. Scientifically formulate public lighting planning, under the premise of ensuring safety, turn off landscape lighting and decorative lighting of large buildings, reduce lighting in public places and public facilities, and reduce the time and quantity of lights. Delay the opening time of street lights, turn on after 20:00 every day, halve the lights after 22:00 to ensure safety, and turn off all street lights at 06:00 the next day.
3. Industrial and commercial enterprises use electricity as required. It is necessary to actively cooperate with power dispatching, strictly implement demand-side management measures such as demand response, and stagger peak power consumption and let electricity be used by the people. Scientifically and reasonably arrange production shifts, and actively support the alleviation of power supply pressure during peak hours through planned maintenance, enterprise rotation, shift operation, etc. Standardize the use of air conditioning (temperature setting not less than 26 °C), lighting and other electrical equipment and facilities, and reduce the electricity consumption of non-essential production and lighting equipment.
4. Advocate large supermarkets to shorten the use time of air conditioners, open 1 hour in the morning and turn off 1 hour in the evening; During non-peak passenger hours, the elevator is halved to open.
5. Advocate residents to adopt a simple and moderate, green and low-carbon family lifestyle and save electricity. Home lighting should use natural light as much as possible, turn on long lights less, encourage air conditioners to set temperatures not less than 26 °C, try to use electrical appliances with high energy efficiency levels, and turn off the power in time to reduce standby power consumption.
6. Call for off-peak charging of new energy electric vehicles. Household electric vehicles, electric buses, electric trucks, municipal sanitation electric vehicles, etc. are charged at different peaks.
7. State Grid Pujiang County Power Supply Company hereby reminds the majority of electricity customers in the county to pay attention to the following points when using electricity at home:
(1) Do not install excessive plugs on a power socket to avoid the danger of overloading or overloading the socket;
(2) Household electricity should be installed with qualified leakage protectors, household appliances power is too high and household leakage protectors trip, first reduce the electricity load. Regularly inspect leakage protectors and lines;
(3) When replacing or dismantling electrical appliances or moving electrical equipment, the power supply must be cut off, and do not risk live operation;
(4) Replace the aging line in time, if you find that the electrical equipment is smoking or smelling peculiar smell, quickly cut off the power supply for inspection;
(5) In the event of an electrical fire, the power supply should be cut off immediately. Televisions, computers on fire, blankets and other items should be used to extinguish the flames. When the power supply cannot be cut off, a non-conductive fire extinguishing agent should be used to extinguish the fire, and no water and foam fire extinguishers should be used;
(6) When using electrical appliances, care should be taken that the power cord is not pressed by heavy objects, otherwise it may cause the wire to break or the insulation to break, so that the wire is short-circuited or leakage.
