DPSS laser peeling refers to the separation of organic light-emitting display devices (PI films) from the mounted glass substrate through solid nanosecond ultraviolet laser irradiation, which has the advantages of stable energy input, high production efficiency, and no need to replace the working gas regularly compared with the traditional excimer pulse laser stripping.
According to media reports, Samsung Display's A3 line mainly uses DPSS LLO equipment, because DPSS technology is lower than excimer lasers to use and maintain, and can reduce the total number of equipment purchased.

The DPSS laser optical system equipped with the Yangtze River Delta G60 Laser Alliance unit Yawei Ios laser stripping equipment has an energy utilization rate of more than 85%. The "Z" folding optical path jointly developed by China, Germany and South Korea shortens the length of the entire linear spot optical system by 30%. The linear spot length of the system after shaping is 400-750mm (adjustable) and the width is 30μm, which can cope with the laser peeling process of both yellow and transparent PI products at the same time, and the process quality and processing efficiency have been greatly improved.
