Before the transformation, each space was independent, and life was like confined to a "box", fixed and cramped; The design of Liju is re-planned based on the needs and preferences of the owner, the apartment type, etc., each space is open and measured, with a different sense of openness and scenery, and is full of freedom and fresh taste...
Original apartment type problem:
1. The space is seriously "blocky", the space and space are independent, the interaction is not high, and the sense of space and functionality are poor;
2. The utilization rate of local fragmented small space is insufficient, and there is a certain irrationality in the aisle area;
3. The circulation line and functional planning are single, which affects daily living and life, and the convenience is poor.
Retrofit Tips:
From the function and circulation of the space, the living room-study, dining room-middle island form a "zigzag" layout + balcony, breaking the barrier between the original space, and making life fluid and interactive between the open and transparent public areas;

The two beams of the ceiling of the entire public area are connected by a large arc in series, which connects the public area and weakens the sense of oppression of the beam to the space, and at the same time, because the load-bearing column cannot be removed, it is changed from square to round, forming a dialogue of multiple architectural shapes, enriching the proper structural hierarchy, presenting the orderly and special three-dimensional beauty of the space.
