Redefining the waste transfer station
Facing the Wulong River and backed by Qingliang Mountain, there are green grass, flowers, stone roads for citizens to take a leisurely stroll, and ingeniously designed garden landscapes. As one of the benchmark projects for the design and construction of Infore Environment's new generation of garbage transfer station, Sanjiangkou Qingliangshan Transfer Station has built the site into an urban leisure square and digital sanitation comprehensive base integrated with Qingliangshan, realizing the construction effect of three-dimensional greening and public service facilities "hidden in the city", and completing the "garden-style" transformation.
The design transfer scale of Sanjiangkou Qingliangshan Transfer Station is 600 tons/day, and the process route is "horizontal direct pressure garbage compressor + feeder + hook truck transfer". The civil design adopts the semi-sunken architectural form, optimizes the design and layout of the station, and hides or landscapes the entry passage, exhaust chimney, and work vehicle parking area, truly realizing the design concept of deindustrialization.

The environment develops "without odor"
Say goodbye to traditional dirty
Walking in the station, the clean environment and fresh air are very different from the image of the traditional garbage transfer station as "dirty and smelly". Sanjiangkou Qingliangshan Transfer Station not only achieves "precautions" for pollution control in civil construction, but also carries out comprehensive prevention and control from three aspects: isolation and closure of odor sources, odor collection and odor elimination, so as to truly realize that there is no peculiar smell inside and outside the garbage transfer station.
The host equipment of the whole station adopts a fully enclosed structure design, effectively eliminating the exposure of garbage, and the vacuum sewage suction system collects the sewage and transports it to the sewage treatment system for treatment, and the garbage and sewage will not contact with the air, so as to control the odor generation from the source.
The discharging and transfer workshop adopts the combination process of negative pressure pumping + ion fresh air + plant liquid spraying, scientifically designs the number of internal ventilation of the workshop, collects and eliminates odor, and ensures that the gas meets the standard discharge while achieving no peculiar smell on the senses in the station.
