The "Sanya Night" star concert will be held on the evening of July 9, 2023 at the Sanya Baopo Road Sports Center, where more than 30,000 spectators will attend the performance. In order to improve the traffic capacity of the sports center and the surrounding roads and ensure the safety and smooth flow of road traffic, according to the relevant regulations, the traffic police detachment of the Sanya Public Security Bureau decided to implement temporary traffic control on some roads and implement traffic restriction management measures for some types of vehicles during the concert.
1. Traffic control section and time
Control section: Baopo Road Lucheng Road intersection to the ring expressway cement factory interchange ramp section.
Control time: 15:00 to 24:00 on July 9, 2023.
Control measures: All vehicles are prohibited from entering the Slope Road from the Ring Highway.
Vehicles passing from Baopo Road and Lucheng Avenue to the highway direction through the intersection of Lucheng Avenue and Baopo Road are prohibited from passing according to the highway except for spectator vehicles going to the No. 3 parking lot on the north side of the sports center according to the command or guidance sign of the traffic police or dropping off at the designated area on the site and leaving the highway.
2. Traffic restricted road sections and times
(1) Restricting the passage of all types of freight vehicles
Traffic restricted sections: the entire section of Baopo Road, the intersection of Lucheng Avenue and the section of Yuxin Road.
Restricted driving time: 13:00 to 24:00 on July 9, 2023.
Types of restricted vehicles: various models of freight vehicles (including freight vans) and hazardous chemical transport vehicles.
(2) Restrict the passage of large freight vehicles of 4.5 tons or more
Traffic restricted sections: Luobidong Road, Lizhigou Road, Hairun Road, Yuxin Road.
Restricted driving time: 13:00 to 24:00 on July 9, 2023.
