First of all, the comrades of the Heping District People's Procuratorate gave a lecture on the relevant laws, deeply analyzed the current situation of job-related crimes and economic crimes, explained in detail the common types of crimes involving private enterprises such as job encroachment and bribery of non-state-owned workers, and gave risk tips to enterprises in the field of intellectual property rights.
On this basis, the procurator of the district procuratorate gave a serious answer to the arrest standards for private entrepreneurs involved in criminal cases, the distinction between economic disputes and criminal crimes, trademark registration, and the prevention of job-related crimes raised by the District Federation of Industry and Commerce and young entrepreneurs in light of criminal policies and real cases.
Procurator General Jia Zhijie believes that this forum is a vivid practice of implementing the heping district committee's assistance to the high-quality development of the private economy and the practice activities of the theme of "learning from the history of the party, enlightening the mind, doing practical things, and opening up a new situation." The procuratorial organs must regard the service guarantee for the healthy development of private enterprises as the top priority, and effectively strengthen the judicial protection of the legal operation of private enterprises through the implementation of the judicial policy of "cautious arrest and prudent prosecution" and the active application of the leniency system for admitting guilt and accepting punishment. At the same time, it is emphasized that it is necessary to conscientiously implement the "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee on Strengthening the Legal Supervision of Procuratorial Organs in the New Era", make full use of the favorable opportunity of taking the lead in establishing an intellectual property procuratorial center in the city, integrate criminal, civil and administrative procuratorial functions, form a special case-handling team, establish a coordination mechanism with the District Market Supervision Bureau and the Tianjin University Law School, and perform the functions and tasks of intellectual property case jurisdiction in the three districts of Heping, Nankai and Hongqiao with high standards. He also said that he would deepen the "double integration and double service" activities of serving enterprises and serving the masses in the overall situation of economic and social development and social governance, give full play to the role of "community procuratorial posts" and youth volunteer service teams, and wholeheartedly do practical things for the people in the jurisdiction and provide high-quality judicial services for the enterprises in the jurisdiction.
