The land of the Guangni plot was reclaimed by the Guangzhou Municipal Land Development Center, included in the government reserve land, and planned to do affordable housing, and the nature of the land was changed from the original industrial nature to the current residential nature.
The Guangniyuan plot has attracted the attention of developers since 2004, and has since been disposed of by auction and bidding. In 2008, the new community of Guangni, with a land area of 81,000 square meters, was demolished, but since then, the Guangniyuan plot has attracted media attention, and more is the treatment of its polluted plots.

Kaisa No.1 (Guangzhou Jianhong Chemical Factory)
Kaisa No. 1 is located at the intersection of Huangpu Avenue And Chebei Road, which belongs to the Jianhong Chemical Factory on Huangpu Avenue.
Guangzhou Jianhong Chemical Factory was established in 1958, mainly engaged in four series of products: "Southern Brand" internal and external wall latex paint, "Jinbao Brand" carpet backing glue, "Jinbao Brand" anaerobic adhesive series, "Tianhe Brand" whitening agent.
The plot of Jianhong Chemical Factory was auctioned at the end of April 2012, attracting 13 housing enterprises to "grab", and was finally auctioned by natural person "Li Yanru" for a total price of 526 million yuan, equivalent to a floor price of 11552 yuan / ㎡. In fact, it was Kaisa that led the project and named the project "Kaisa No. 1".

Pearl River Flower City (Guangzhou Oil and Gas Plant)
Pearl River Flower City is located in Qishan Road, Tianhe District, and belongs to the land of Guangzhou Oil and Gas Plant.
According to the landlord, the Guangzhou Oil and Gas Plant has provided pipeline gas for 900,000 residents and industrial and commercial households in Guangzhou for 18 years. The plant started from production, from 280,000 tons of gas per day to 680,000 tons, and in the Spring Festival of 2006, it set a record of 1.18 million tons per day. But these became a thing of the past, and after the shutdown in 2009, the plot was treated and transformed into a fragrant bun in the real estate world.

There is a production line with an annual output of 2,000 tons of synthetic camphor, which is the only manufacturer in China that can produce pharmaceutical grade synthetic camphor according to the standards of China, the United States, Britain, Germany, Japan and other countries and European pharmacopoeias. With an annual output of 400 tons of synthetic ice flakes, it is the largest manufacturer of synthetic ice flakes in China, accounting for more than 50% of the country's total output.
In the mid-1960s, the plot of land for the residential part of Dongfeng Chemical Factory was the factory building of orchards, vegetable fields and Nanzhong Plastic Factory, and in the 1970s, Dongfeng Chemical Factory was mainly used as warehouses, sewage treatment stations, laboratories, offices, and dormitories, and did not carry out production activities.

Founded in 1936, Guangzhou Paper New Town was the first enterprise in China to produce newsprint and the first to produce newsprint using all-waste paper. From 1953 to 1957, the first phase of Guangzhou Paper was expanded, and the production capacity was greatly improved.
