First, persist in highlighting the main line of study and propaganda, and promote the party's theory to fly into the homes of ordinary people. Studying, publicizing, and implementing well the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress when listening to the work reports of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government as the primary political task, set up three teams of leading cadres, experts and scholars, and hundreds of people, closely follow the reality of the masses' ideology and production and life, and adopt methods such as leading cadres stressing politics, policies, and situations, experts and scholars stressing principles, academic reasoning, and reasoning, and talking about the people, affairs, and changes around them, and go deep into the homes and fields of the masses. Establish an operating mechanism for the "four orders" of volunteer service, forming a closed loop of work in which the masses order, station dispatch, volunteers receive orders, and the masses evaluate orders. At present, it has received more than 20 orders from the public and provided more than 200 volunteer services. Implement "civilized practice + grid", select and hire 72 first-level grid leaders and 180 second-level grid members, focus on caring for vulnerable groups such as the lonely elderly, the disabled, and regularly carry out activities such as sending schools to the door, changing customs, mediating conflicts, and caring services, and carefully do "key little things" related to the vital interests of the masses.
Fourth, persist in polishing the background of spiritual civilization and promote the new wind of civilization to blow into thousands of households. In terms of the red and white councils, the standard of not exceeding 500 yuan per table for red affairs and 400 yuan per table for white affairs, of which no more than 12 yuan for cigarettes and no more than 60 yuan for alcohol, has been implemented so far, and 47 cases have been intervened, and the response of the masses is generally good. Successfully held the first Huaihua Tourism and Culture Festival in Gaoyang Town, enriched the cultural life of the masses in appreciating locust flowers, picking cherries, watching the social fire, and tasting locust flowers, and constantly polished the beautiful business card of "Hemei Gaoyang". Widely carry out various forms of civilized practice activities such as "10-star civilized households", "good daughters-in-law and good mothers-in-law", "beautiful courtyards" and "our festivals", and through moral appraisal to know honor and disgrace, change customs and establish healthy trends, and popularize science and technology to increase knowledge, so that the masses can feel that good people and good deeds are around, new trends and healthy tendencies are around, and civilized life is around.
