Sima Dewen (386 – November 2, 421), courtesy name Dewen, was a native of Wen County, Hanoi (present-day Wen County, Henan). The last emperor of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, the second son of Sima Yao, emperor xiaowu of Jin, and the younger brother of Sima Dezong, the emperor of Jin'an, his mother was Shuyuan Chen Guinu.

He was first enfeoffed as the Evil King of Lang, and successively served as a general of the Chinese army, a general of the Scattered Horse, a general of Wei, a kaifu Yi tongsan division, a waiter, a situ gong, and a lu shang shushi. When Wang Gong rebelled, he killed the left servant to shoot Wang Guobao. Led his troops to attack Huan Xuan, and was defeated several times. After Emperor An of Jin was killed, he succeeded him as emperor with the era name Yuan Xi.

In the second year of Yuan Xi (420), Chan was located in Liu Yu, the King of Song, and was deposed as the King of Lingling County. In September of the same year, he was killed at the age of six Chinese New Year's Eve.
