Aniplex announced that a remake of Tsukihime - A piece of blue glass moon-, which landed on PS4 and Nintendo Switch consoles on August 26, 2021, has sold more than 240,000 copies.
To commemorate the combined physical sales and digital version of more than 240,000 downloads, script director Nasu Mushroom issued a thank you speech:
"All developers were surprised by the far more sales than expected. Thank you very much to all players for their support.
Visual fiction tends to be passive games, and our goal is the immersion and interactive experience that can only be achieved in games. If the console version of Tsukihime can satisfy the players, there is nothing that makes me happier.
We look forward to your continued support. ”
