Summary:
Domestically, heavy rainfall occurred in Jiangsu, Shanghai, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangxi and other places yesterday. In the next three days, there will be a large-scale heavy precipitation process in the southern region, the Central Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue a blue warning for heavy rain, and from the 21st, high temperatures in Huanghuai and other places in North China will develop again. It is expected that in the next three days, some areas in Zhejiang, Hubei, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hunan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangxi, Tibet and other places will have medium and high risk of heavy rainfall disasters, and local flash floods, geological disasters and urban and rural waterlogging may occur. Some areas in Gansu, Hebei, Beijing, Henan and Xinjiang have a medium and low risk of high temperature disasters.
Globally, northwest India and central the United States experienced heavy rainfall, and high temperatures persisted in the Arabian Peninsula and much of India. Heavy rainfall occurred yesterday in Jiangsu, Shanghai, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangxi and other places: from 08 o'clock on June 19 to 06 o'clock on June 20, heavy to heavy rainfall occurred in parts of southern Jiangsu, northern Shanghai, northern Zhejiang, eastern Anhui, northern Jiangxi, central Hunan, southern Guizhou, eastern Yunnan, northern and southeastern Guangxi, Jiangsu Nantong, Suzhou and Zhenjiang, western Shanghai, Nanchang and Jingdezhen in Jiangxi, Qujing and Wenshan in Yunnan, Yiyang in Hunan, Baise in Guangxi, Hechi and Liuzhou in Guangxi (100~174 mm); The maximum hourly rainfall in some of the above areas is 40~80 mm. In addition, heavy rain and local heavy rainfall occurred in parts of Xilin Gol and Hulunbuir in Inner Mongolia, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, eastern and southern coastal areas of Shandong.
2. Key weather forecasts
(1) There is a large-scale heavy precipitation process in the southern region
From the 20th to the 22nd, there was a large-scale heavy rainfall process in Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, north-central and western Jiangnan, western South China and other places, with heavy to heavy rainfall in some areas, local heavy rainfall, accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, thunderstorms and strong winds. Parts of eastern Inner Mongolia, eastern Jilin, eastern Heilongjiang and northern Heilongjiang have moderate to heavy rain, accompanied by strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and winds.
The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning for heavy rain at 06 o'clock on June 20: from 08 o'clock on June 20 to 08 o'clock on June 21, there were heavy to heavy rains in northeastern Yunnan, western and southern Guizhou, northwestern Guangxi, central Hunan, northern Jiangxi, central and western Zhejiang, northwestern Fujian and eastern Jilin, southeastern Sichuan, southeastern Tibet and other places, among which, there were heavy rainstorms (100~150 mm) in northwestern Guangxi, northeastern Jiangxi, western Zhejiang and other places. Some of the above areas are accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation (maximum hourly rainfall of 20~50 mm, local can exceed 60 mm), local thunderstorms, winds and other strong convective weather (see Figure 1).

From the 23rd to the 25th, the process of heavy precipitation will continue to occur in the southern region, with heavy to heavy rainfall in Zhejiang, northwestern Fujian, Jiangxi, central and southern Hunan, Guangxi, northern Guangdong, southern Anhui, southern Jiangsu, eastern and northwestern Yunnan, and heavy rainfall in local areas; Some of the above areas are accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, local thunderstorms, strong winds and other strong convective weather.
(2) There will be high temperatures in North China, Huanghuai and other places
From the 21st, the high temperature in Huanghuai and other places in North China will develop again, and there will be high temperature weather above 35~37 °C in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, central and western Shandong, northern and eastern Henan, western Inner Mongolia, eastern Xinjiang and southern Xinjiang basin, and local high temperature exceeding 39 °C.

In the past 24 hours, moderate to heavy rain, local heavy rain or heavy rain have occurred in parts of Southeast Asia, the Japanese Islands, the south-central part of Indochina, northwestern India, eastern South Asia, northern West Asia, southern Siberia, western Far East, Western Europe, southern Eastern Europe, northwestern Australia, western Canada, central United States, northern South America, and central Africa. Northern Siberia, northern Far East, northern Alaska, Baffin Island and other places have light to moderate snow or sleet, local heavy snow.
(2) High temperatures continue to occur in the Arabian Peninsula and most of India
In the past 24 hours, there have been high temperatures above 37°C in southern North Africa, northern West Africa, Arabian Peninsula, southern Central Asia, eastern Iranian plateau, most of India, Mexico and other places, and the daily maximum temperature in some areas exceeded 42°C.

(1) There is significant rainfall in northern India and southeastern United States
In the next three days, there will be moderate to heavy rain, local heavy rain or heavy rainfall in parts of the Indochina Peninsula, northern and southern India, Southeast Asian archipelago, southern western Siberia, western Far East, southern Canada, southeastern United States, northwestern Central Africa, and central Chile.
(2) High temperatures continue in most of India in the Arabian Peninsula
In the next three days, temperatures in parts of the Arabian Peninsula, the Iranian plateau, most of India, southern Central Asia, southern North Africa, northern West Africa, Mexico, and the southern United States will exceed 37°C, and locally exceed 42°C.

From 08 o'clock on June 20 to 08 o'clock on June 21, there were heavy to heavy rains in northeastern Yunnan, western and southern Guizhou, northwestern Guangxi, central Hunan, northern Jiangxi, central and western Zhejiang, northwestern Fujian, eastern Jilin, southeastern Sichuan, southeastern Tibet and other places, among which, there were heavy rainstorms (100~150 mm) in northwestern Guangxi, northeastern Jiangxi, western Zhejiang and other places. There are 4~5 level winds in parts of central and western Inner Mongolia and northern Hebei (see Figure 2).

From 08:00 on June 21 to 08:00 on June 22, there were heavy to heavy rains in parts of eastern Yunnan, most of Guizhou, southeastern Chongqing, northern Guangxi, north-central Hunan, northern Jiangxi, southern Zhejiang, northwestern Fujian and other places, among which, there were heavy rainstorms (100~180 mm) in northeastern Guizhou and northern Hunan (see Figure 3).

From 08 o'clock on June 22 to 08 o'clock on June 23, there were heavy to heavy rains in parts of eastern and northwestern Yunnan, southern Guizhou, western and northern Guangxi, central and southern Hunan, eastern Hubei, northern Jiangxi, southern Anhui, western Zhejiang, northwestern Fujian and other places, among which, there were heavy rainstorms (100~200 mm) in northwestern Guangxi, southwestern Hunan, northeastern Jiangxi, western Zhejiang and other places. There are 5~6 level winds in some areas of the southern Xinjiang Basin (see Figure 4).
