Luwang, June 17, Tsinghua University Master of Engineering Management (MEM) Education Center teachers and students walked into Yimeng Construction Group to carry out practical teaching, group general manager Zhu Mingfeng, group party committee member and secretary of the discipline inspection commission Zhou Liming participated in the activity.
During the study, all the students visited and exchanged at the headquarters of the group, and went deep into Shandong Jianye Company to observe the learning laboratory and scientific research center, and intuitively felt the technical strength and scientific research achievements of Yimeng Construction Group.
At the symposium, Zhu Mingfeng gave a special lecture on "Focus on the main business and accelerate transformation and upgrading", and shared with all the participants from the aspects of development strategy, status analysis, transformation and upgrading, and future development. She said that in recent years, the group has adhered to six major strategies, including industrial aggregation, talent strengthening, going global, innovation-driven, collaborative development and digital empowerment, and made a good start in stability, made efforts to advance, and taken new steps in promoting the high-quality development of the group. During the on-site interactive exchange, the participants actively spoke on issues such as strategic model, marketing system, and digital system based on actual conditions, and the answers of Zhu Mingfeng and some experts of the group triggered a round of applause.
Professor Huang Hongxuan introduced the specific situation of the Master of Engineering Management (MEM) Education Center of Tsinghua University, and hoped to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Yimeng Construction Group and explore a new model of school-enterprise cooperation through this study activity of "inheriting the glorious tradition, clearly shouldering the mission, and innovating and developing a new journey".
Finally, the awarding ceremony of the Master of Engineering Management (MEM) Education Center of Tsinghua University and the "Practical Teaching Course Cooperation Unit" of Yimeng Construction Group was held.
