In accordance with the work requirements of "three officials and one uniformity", the Xiuyu Court meticulously organized judges and judicial assistants to link up with village residents, clarify the work responsibilities and tasks of judges, actively participate in grassroots social governance, and achieve accurate docking and effective linkage between courts and grassroots units.
Strengthen communication and contact with public security, procuratorial and township departments, fully integrate resources, give play to professional advantages, weave a dense network of grassroots governance, jointly solve problems in grassroots social governance, and comprehensively improve the level of grassroots governance in jurisdiction.
In accordance with the working principles of early discovery, early intervention, early resolution, and early stable control, courts and judges strengthen coordination and cooperation with townships, grassroots party organizations, and relevant departments, form a joint force for conflict resolution work, and promote the management of the source of conflict and dispute resolution. Every week, judges of each linked village go to the community and village from time to time to carry out a survey of contradictions and disputes, organize the two parties to mediate on the spot for the contradictions and disputes found in the investigation, and promptly agree on a time with the cadres of the community and village groups, grassroots grid members, people's mediators, and the parties for conflicts and disputes that are difficult to mediate, and choose a time for mediation.
After the matter is handled, regularly visit the incident to understand the specific situation of the recent contradiction and dispute, track and clarify the ideological dynamics of the parties, listen to reasonable demands and opinions and suggestions, and at the same time urge the responsible party to perform the mediation agreement. Since the beginning of this year, a total of 33 judges (assistants) have been sent to the front line, carrying out 138 linkage services in a one-to-one and many-to-one manner, solving practical difficulties for the masses 46 times, and participating in resolving contradictions and disputes 72 times.
In the "Three Officials and One Uniform" activity, court-linked cadres and police officers used their professional advantages to go deep into communities and villages to hold rule of law lectures and carry out rule of law consultation through the method of "point-to-point consultation + face-to-face explanation + distribution of publicity materials", and conduct in-depth interpretations of laws and regulations such as labor disputes, marriage and family, contract disputes, and land disputes that the masses are concerned about.
Use typical cases to explain the law and reason by case, use vivid examples and easy-to-understand language to carry out in-depth law popularization work, help villagers enhance their awareness of "learning the law, abiding by the law, abiding by the law, and using the law", so that the masses can "feel fairness and justice" at their doorstep.
