On the afternoon of September 30, the 32nd meeting of the Standing Committee of the 18th People's Congress of Mian County was held. Liu Baoming, chairman of the County People's Congress Standing Committee, presided over the meeting; Qin Chao, member of the Standing Committee of the County CPC Committee and director of the Organization Department, attended the guidance meeting; Wang Cuihong, secretary of the party leading group and deputy director of the County People's Congress Standing Committee; and Zhang Baolin, Qi Zhigang, and Yin Qiang, deputy directors of the County People's Congress Standing Committee, attended the meeting. Present at the meeting as observers were Hu Min, member of the standing committee of the county party committee and deputy secretary of the party group of the county government; Liu Dehong, member of the standing committee of the county party committee and secretary of the county discipline inspection commission; Wei Jianghua, secretary of the party leading group of the county people's court; Jian Li, secretary of the party group of the county people's procuratorate; responsible persons of relevant departments of the county government; and some chairman of the town people's congress, deputy to the county people's congress, and citizens who were observing the meeting.
The meeting heard and deliberated the audit work report of the county people's government on the implementation of the 2020 financial budget and other fiscal revenue and expenditure of Mian County, the report on the management of state-owned assets in the county, and adopted the deliberation opinions of the relevant report. The resolution (draft) of the Standing Committee of the MianXian People's Congress on carrying out publicity and education on the rule of law in the eighth five-year period was voted and passed; the report on the performance of duties by relevant personnel was heard and the performance of duties was deliberated and voted; the matters concerning the appointment and dismissal of personnel were deliberated and voted on, and a constitutional oath-taking ceremony was held for newly appointed personnel.
