Moreover, the efficient and low-carbon methanol fuel fully meets the technical requirements for the use of internal combustion engines. For the original source of the internal combustion engine, finally found a "home" for the use of high-quality methanol fuel for the internal combustion engine.
In view of the eight worldwide problems of modified methanol fuel: low calorific value, high fuel consumption, high temperature gas resistance, difficulty in low temperature start-up, moisture absorption and stratification, metal corrosion, rubber swelling, and poor stability, the technical team of Chinachem has developed and produced the key "core mother liquor" of "eight modifiers" after years of unremitting efforts. The various important components in its "core mother liquor" are refined from methanol gasoline and diesel and methanol fuel core mother liquor through scientific matching, merit-based screening and fine study, which completely solves the eight major world technical problems that have been plaguing modified methanol fuel, and clears the technical obstacles for the popularization and use of modified methanol fuel.
The product was tested using two Focus vehicles for two years to drive 108,000 kilometers and 66,000 kilometers of durability using two Focus vehicles. The final demonstration results show that all the performance indicators meet the standards. In particular, the wear of engine cylinders is reduced by 28.2% compared with the wear of national standard gasoline, extending the service life of the engine by nearly one-third. This caused a great shock to Denso experts in Japan. And by the praise and recognition of Japan, Spain and other well-known automobile manufacturers, soon favored by ASEAN, Europe and the United States. The modified methanol fuel has been tested and demonstrated by authoritative departments such as the National Key Laboratory of Engine of Beijing Institute of Technology, the national Chang'an University, the national Henan Automotive Ethanol Gasoline Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the China Petroleum Chemical Testing and Research Institute, the Shenzhen Institute of Metrology and Quality Inspection, the Nanjing Institute of Metrology and Quality Inspection, the national Guangdong Huizhou Oil Testing and Inspection Center, and the international SGS testing. The Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China has won many certificates such as "International Advanced Level" certificate, "Invention Patent Gold Award" certificate and "High-tech Products".

The end-user price of gasoline per ton is about 8,000 yuan, and the end-user price of methanol per ton is only 5,000 yuan, and the use of methanol gasoline and diesel and methanol fuel is more obvious than the national standard gasoline, which can reduce the cost of use by more than 60%, and can effectively reduce the cost of fuel for the people after implementation.
- Energy efficiency value. Methanol energy density is high, methanol boilers are 20% more cost-effective than electric boilers and gas boilers, and have economic rationality as functional resource reserves.
