Panqi City, also known as "Eskesa" City, is located on the bank of the Tuman River in the southeastern suburbs of Kashgar City, is one of the thirty-six countries of the Western Regions Shule State Palace City, since 73 AD, Ban Chao has been stationed here for 17 years, Ban Chao is based in Shule, resisted Xinu, Anfu the Western Regions, restored the central government's rule over the Western Regions, and reopened the Silk Road.
Behind the statue of Ban Chao is a large semicircular relief screen wall 36 meters long and 9 meters high.
Lined up on both sides of Ban Chao's statue are 36 warriors who entered Xinjiang with Ban Chao to pacify the Western Regions.

In 75 AD, Geng Gong led the defenders to fight a bitter battle with the invading Xiongnu army in Shule City, and finally only twenty-six people remained when they were relieved by Han reinforcements. After reading this historical record, it is embarrassing and tearful. Wang Weishi's pride in "swearing to make Shule out of the flying spring" and Yue Fei's ambition of "starving for meat and laughing about thirst for Xiongnu blood" describe this history.

Geng Gong Ancestral Hall was recaptured by Liu Jintang, who recaptured Kashgar with Zuo Chongtang's western expedition in the Qing Dynasty, because he admired Geng Gong's arduous defense of Shule City for more than 300 days, and was deeply admired by his spirit and integrity, and because Kashgar City is also called Shule, he ordered the construction of Geng Gong Ancestral Hall at the highest part of Kashgar City to express his admiration for Geng Gong.
Standing in the ancestral hall and looking at the railing, Kashgar City is vividly remembered. Thousands of years have passed, but the loyalty, integrity and martial spirit embodied in our national blood are still flowing in thousands of Chinese sons and daughters.
