It has set up 641 historical history reading rooms throughout the province, set up 10 branch libraries of Sichuan Fangzhiguan colleges and universities in Sichuan and Chongqing, set up local chronicle counters (shelves) or local literature reading rooms in provincial, municipal (prefecture) and county (city, district) libraries, set up Fangzhi cultural publicity bases, donated chronicle periodicals to organ reading rooms, various museums, primary and secondary schools, and launched local chronicle knowledge competitions for college students in the province.
