Waive:
Li Yanhui's position as director of the Liaoyuan City Urban Management Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau;

In accordance with Article 27 of the Organic Law of the People's Republic of China on Local People's Congresses at All Levels and Local People's Governments at All Levels, the Thirty-sixth Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eighth People's Congress of Liaoyuan City decided to accept Kang Zhonggui's request to resign as vice mayor of the Liaoyuan Municipal People's Government. After the meeting, it was reported to the Municipal People's Congress for the record.
