"Code One": Party building leads the revitalization

Zhao Tianzhi, secretary of the party branch of Tai'an Village, introduced that since 2021, the village party branch has taken advantage of the county's implementation of the rural construction action policy "Dongfeng", adhered to the integrated promotion of position construction and environmental improvement, and started a "style revolution" promoted by the whole village. Through the guidance of party building and anchoring the direction of development, Tai'an Village has also raised funds to build 8 high-standard intelligent solar greenhouses with an area of 2,000 square meters to develop agriculture, and invested 3.5 million yuan in 2022 to build a new high-standard breeding community of 60 consecutive households, and has completed the construction of the first phase of the project, concentrated circulation of 1,800 mu of arable land in 6 communities, and built a vegetable production base and vegetable sorting and packaging workshop for Hong Kong with Guangzhou Yiyue Fan Company. In recent years, the potential of the "characteristic economy" of Tai'an Village has been continuously released, and the development path has become wider and wider. In 2022, the village's collective economy will achieve an income of 250,000 yuan.
"Code Two": Planning leads the construction of new houses
Walking into the rural revitalization demonstration site of Mingshui Village in Nanhua Town, the flat asphalt road, new solar street lights, and neatly arranged two-story villas come into view. "We insisted on planning and guidance, fully promoted rural construction actions, built 52 contiguous houses, hardened 8 kilometers of roads around the village community, and planted more than 20,000 trees around the community." Wang Zhizhong, deputy director of the village's village committee, said.
Rural construction must give prominence to village planning, especially the planning should conform to the reality of rural work, so that farmers can benefit for a long time. To this end, Gaotai County adheres to the government-led, voluntary, and planning first, highlights the style of "Jiangnan Water Town", integrates "rainbow" elements, reconstructs the regional development layout with demonstration construction, reshapes the beautiful image of the countryside with the improvement of the living environment, and builds provincial rural construction demonstration towns and villages with high quality every year. At the same time, we will continue to deepen financing models such as "three links and four guarantees" and "industrial loans", increase financial input and financial support, and encourage social, private and financial capital to invest in rural construction. This year, it is planned to create 4 national-level rural revitalization demonstration villages, 1 provincial-level rural construction demonstration town, and 10 demonstration villages. Up to now, 165 new houses have been built, 152 houses have been rebuilt, and 23 vacant houses have been demolished, demonstrating and leading the expansion and upgrading of rural construction to the whole area.
"Code three": "multi-point flowering" breeding industry
In the past two days, in the signal village of Nanhua Town, more than ten tomato transplanting machines of Jiuxi Agricultural Professional Cooperative are busy mechanizing transplanting tomato seedlings. This new tomato transplanting machine only needs workers to put tomato seedlings into the seedling box, and can complete the operations of burrowing, planting, supporting seedlings, covering soil and other operations at one time. "We plan to plant and process more than 3,200 acres of tomatoes, all of which have signed orders, and the daily transplanting volume of these 11 transplanting machines can reach more than 300 laborers, and the survival rate is still high." Yang Honggui, head of the cooperative, said.
Rural revitalization, industry first. Gaotai County adheres to the development of modern agriculture with industrialized thinking, and has made full use of the article of "farmer head and worker tail, grain head and food tail, animal head and meat tail", constantly expanding advantageous industrial clusters, making beautiful agricultural product brands, and constantly expanding the modern agricultural industry chain. This year, the grain sowing area of the county reached 324,600 mu; the modern agricultural industrial park passed the provincial certification, with 410,000 mu of leading industries such as vegetables and seed production, 80,000 mu of advantageous industries such as fine peppers and watermelons, and 10,000 mu of characteristic industries such as honeydew melons, grapes, and ginseng fruits. Cultivate 13 "sweet" agricultural product brands, create 8 famous trademarks above the provincial level, 2 provincial famous brand products, and 1 well-known trademark in China; A total of 91 agricultural products of "three products and one standard" have been certified, and 4 agricultural products have obtained national geographical indication certification.
"Code Four": Deepening Reform and Increasing Stamina
Wangmawan Village, Xuanhua Town, with the help of the "east wind" of the village-level collective economic corporatization reform, on the basis of the original characteristic grain processing workshop, through equipment purchase, plant expansion and upgrading, established a company that integrates raw grain purchase, intensive processing, online and offline sales, and wholly-owned by the village shareholding economic cooperative. "This year, the collective economic income of our village is expected to exceed 500,000 yuan. The reform of the corporatization of the collective economy has brought hope for the development and growth of the village collective economy. Wang Xingfu, chairman of Wang Mawan Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., said with confidence.
The county regards the corporatization reform of the village-level collective economy as a new path to promote the development of the new rural collective economy, and encourages the village collective shareholding economic cooperatives to introduce a modern enterprise system in accordance with the principle of "party building guidance, village enterprise joint construction, pilot first, demonstration driven, mechanism innovation, brand empowerment, industrial revitalization, and common prosperity", develop and strengthen the collective economy according to town conditions and village policies, drive villagers to become rich, promote industrial development, and explore and form six development models such as "village collective wholly-owned company + capital".
