Recently, relevant channels revealed that the model will be officially launched in August this year at the earliest, and its positioning is a compact car, with a four-door five-seat layout, still equipped with a new brand LOGO, and its price is expected to be about 150,000 yuan. It is also a pure electric car, and it will also expand the new energy market together with Baojunyue, and at the same time, further improve its new energy layout.
It is worth mentioning that Zhou Jinkai, deputy general manager of SAIC-GM-Wuling Brand Business Department, also posted on Weibo: Among the new energy models within 150,000 yuan, Baojun Yunduo has achieved the best in terms of appearance, interior, three electricity, safety, intelligence and networking. This shows its confidence in the cloud's own product power.
In terms of appearance, the shape of Baojun Cloud is different from Baojun Yueya, and its design is more in line with the public's aesthetics. The shape of the compact hatchback is also a common design for many entry-level new energy vehicles. The layout style of its split headlight group seems to be very similar to the design of Xpeng's models, and the overall look and feel is very cute and dynamic.
The closed grille, through-through daytime running lights, hidden door handles, low wind resistance wheels and floating roof are all piled on the clouds, with a compact and short front end that reduces wind resistance to a certain extent, and the visual experience is also very novel and young and fashionable.
In terms of interior, the official and other channels have not revealed specific news and pictures, but with reference to its exterior design and the performance of its brother Baojun Yue, I believe that the design of Baojun Yunduo will not disappoint us. But it is foreseeable that its interior technology atmosphere is unlikely to be too low.
It is worth mentioning that Baojun Yunduo will also be equipped with the intelligent driving system created in cooperation with DJI Automotive, which is likely to be the same model as Baojunyue. It will still use more than 200W pixels of stereo binocular camera and the best rearview camera in the same class, and its intelligent assisted driving experience may be very good, which we can also refer to Baojunyue.
In terms of body size, Baojun Yunduo has a length, width and height of 4295*1850*1652mm, and a wheelbase of 2700mm. From the parameter point of view, it does not have much advantage in today's compact market, but Mr. Zhou also said in Weibo that the second row of space of Baojun Cloud can be called a wide and large three-seater, so we may as well wait and see.
In terms of power, Baojun Yunduo will be equipped with an electric motor with a maximum power of 100kW, and the battery will use lithium iron phosphate batteries from Liuzhou Huating New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The endurance is not yet known, but it is expected to be in the mainstream range of 400-600km.
