Cause of the incident
It turned out that this soldier was named Liang Congxue, the commander of the 245th Regiment of the Red 28th Army, and one day received a task to lead the regiment to Huanggang, so he set out with 200 people.
Who knew that when he encountered the Kuomintang on the way, the other side had a whole garrison regiment, the number of people was very different, and if he fought hard, he would definitely suffer heavy losses, and he immediately told Political Commissar Yang to lead the team to withdraw first, and he took a few soldiers to the back.
The other party found that Liang Congxue's team seemed to have a few people in the investigation, so he ordered to surround him.
Liang Congxue first explained that the soldiers were hiding, and then he plunged into the woods next to him, pulled the trigger continuously, and several Kuomintang soldiers in the front row fell to the ground before they saw anyone, and the team was in a panic.
Seeing that the enemy was in the shadows, the Kuomintang garrison did not dare to venture in, and first sent scouts to investigate.

He was then acquitted, but this did not mean that he could be reinstated, and then he was assigned to do hard labor, and just like that, he worked in the traffic team for half a year.
At the end of the year, the Kuomintang troops discovered their tracks and then began to attack, and Liang took the guys from the front when he saw this.
Whoever bullied his comrades-in-arms, he killed whomever he wanted, like a hungry tiger, after fierce fighting, finally repelled the national army at the cost of serious injuries, and this incident reached the ears of Political Commissar Wu Huanxian.
When he heard that Liang Congxue was slandered, he suddenly burst into a thunderous "You!" Living in the past peasant families did not have iodophor or alcohol, and the eldest mother's family did not even have salt, so the eldest lady could only use the home remedies handed down by her ancestors to see if there was any effect.
I saw that she held a handful of grass and wood ash and sprinkled it on his wound, not to mention, although the effect may not be very good, but fortunately the bleeding stopped.

Soon after, the whole country was in a hurry, the Anti-Japanese War broke out in full force, and the Kuomintang and the Communist Party finally reached an agreement to unite the anti-Japanese resistance, and Liang Congxue's guerrilla group was also ordered to come to Qiliping, Hong'an, and merged with other regional guerrillas to form the 4th Detachment of the New Fourth Army.
Liang Congxue was appointed as the leader of the detachment, and as the situation became more tense, more and more people joined the battle, and in a short time, the team led by Liang Congxue had expanded to nearly 1,000 people.
In 1941, after the reconstruction of the New Fourth Army, Liang Congxue was also the deputy commander of the 2nd Division and the commander of the 4th Brigade, and among the battles he participated in, especially Jinniu Mountain was the most classic, like a fierce tiger descending the mountain.
Within a few hours, the Japanese invaders were beaten to pieces, killing more than 500 captured enemies, and their reputation was greatly enhanced.
During the Liberation War, Liang Congxue served as the deputy commander of the Jianghuai Military Region, and led the army to participate in famous battles such as the Huaihai Campaign, the Yudong Campaign, and the Battle of Crossing the River.
When he participated in the battle of crossing the river, it took only two years to wipe out the Kuomintang troops in western Anhui and northern Anhui, annihilating tens of thousands of enemies and achieving great liberation.
