In order to consolidate the basic teaching skills of teachers and improve the ability and level of education and teaching, on the afternoon of May 24, 2023, Cheng Hongxia, deputy secretary of the Huiji District Teaching and Research Office, Ren Lixia, director of the Primary School, and teacher Li Haijuan visited Xincheng Road Primary School to guide Chinese teachers. Teacher Zhao Pei gave a lecture on "How Interesting They Were Back then", and the teacher used vivid and interesting language to let the children understand the difference between the way of going to school in the future and the present. Throughout the lesson, Teacher Zhao focuses on students' independent learning and guides students to explore cooperatively. After learning and communication, children can connect with the reality of life, imagine the future life and learning, and the efficient interaction between teachers and students has achieved good classroom results.

Class evaluation session

After the lesson, the Chinese teacher, under the leadership of the teaching researcher, will analyze the lesson according to the course standard. The three teaching researchers put forward practical suggestions for Ms. Zhao's classroom: Deputy Secretary Cheng Hongxia proposed that teachers should be flexible in the classroom to fully mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning, and there should be appropriate reading in class to reflect the language flavor of the language classroom; Director Ren Lixia pointed out that the evaluation should be based on the students' learning attitude and the effect achieved; Teacher Li Haijuan mentioned that the overall design of teaching should start from a large unit and a large situation. The evaluation benefited all the teachers who participated in the seminar.
