The 2023 China Engineering Robot Competition and International Open ended in Wuhu, Anhui Province recently, attracting 2,118 teams from 172 universities and institutes including Tsinghua University, Shandong University, Naval Aviation University, and Air Force Engineering University, with more than 6,000 participants.

This competition closely focuses on "engineering", "application" and "practice", and emphasizes hands-on practice by completing clear and specific engineering tasks to replace or assist people. Engineering off-road confrontation, competition, robot logistics sorting, distribution, robot dance bipedal humanoid, multi-legged bionic and other meticulous target tasks test the working ability of participants and robots.
