After selling the first meatloaf, booth sales quickly became popular, some people offered to buy one pound, some asked to buy two catties, some said they ate it themselves, and some said to take it home and give it to their 80-year-old grandfather to taste. In 2022, the Sanhe Meatloaf Project has been designated as "Langfang Intangible Cultural Heritage". Sanhe meatloaf is a special food, jin noodles and heavy filling, white meat fresh, thin skin like cicada wings, tender filling like paste, charred outside and tender inside, oily but not greasy, deeply loved by the majority of diners.

In the 70s of the last century, Wu Fengjian, the 11th generation inheritor of Sanhe meatloaf, established Yibin Hotel in Zhaohegou Village, carefully branding the intangible cultural heritage delicacy Sanhe meatloaf. At present, the Sanhe Meatloaf project has been passed down to the 12th generation inheritor Wu Dejin, the 13th generation inheritor Ding Guiyan, and the 14th generation inheritor Wuyi and Wuhan.

Businesses still need to work hard, and the society needs strong support, and the people of Sanhe work together to develop this project and make this brand shine in China. Listening to him say well, the people present could not help but applaud warmly.

At 8 o'clock in the evening, the author ended the rush activity of the cultural tourism fair, bought a pound of fragrant, authentic Wuji Sanhe meatloaf, and prepared to go home to taste it slowly.
