Swedish developer Hadoque today unveiled their first psychedelic world game, ULTROS, at the PlayStation launch event. Written by world-renowned artist El Huervo (Miami Hotline series), the game combines a captivating soundtrack with extraordinary artistry to create a mysterious action adventure with an emphasis on gameplay. ULTROS is a PlayStation console exclusive game that will be available for PC on Steam and the Epic Games Store in 2024.

ULTROS transports players to a "galactic castlevania" windy world filled with green, vibrant alien landscapes. Players will explore the cosmic mysteries of this sarcophagus world, discover the truth behind the savage, bloodthirsty lifeforms, and navigate through vast exotic plants. The player's main battle will be a white-knuckle battle against monsters, gradually expanding the green vegetation world. In this world, death does not mean the end, and the strange powers of the sarcophagus and the demons that inhabit it will awaken the player and put the dead into a time loop.
As you go through cycle after cycle, deeper into the heart of the ecosystem and gradually learn about the world, you'll soon realize that only those who are curious enough and fearless can master the skills to break the cycle of life and death.
