I went to three stans in Central Asia and did not expect that my favorite capital would be Bishkek in Kyrgyzstan. Compared to Almaty and Tashkent, Bishkek is not so prosperous, but inexplicably likes this Central Asian garden city.
Bishkek is an ancient important city in Central Asia, and one of the main roads of the ancient Silk Road passed through the Tianshan Mountains and connected the Western Regions and the Central Asian steppe. The legendary birthplace of Li Bai is Broken Leaf City, just 60 kilometers east of Bishkek!

Kai Tang Dynasty "Anxi Four Towns" - Broken Leaf City, the farthest border city in the western part of the Chinese dynasty's fortification, a major town on the Silk Road. Near the city of Tokmak, Kyrgyzstan. Unfortunately, Kyrgyzstan's cultural relics protection work has largely not been done. The site has no protection, it is surrounded by farmland, and the rut marks that are clearly visible inside the site are expected to cease to exist in a few years.

1.PanfilovPark Bishkek really has a lot of parks, each carrying a different history and story, Panfilov my favorite one, the whole park is a five-pointed star shape, named after a hero of the Soviet era, lvan Panfilov. There is an amusement park, Ferris wheel and various games... It is recommended to go after 3/4 pm, it is quite lively, many locals will go, very life-like.
2. OshBazaar When visiting a city in Central Asia, you must visit the local bazaar! This is the largest bazaar in Bishkek, where locals come to buy food and groceries. It is recommended to come and stroll in the morning, and then there are also a few small stalls in it for breakfast.
3.Ala-tooSquare Alatau Square is a landmark in Bishkek and a venue for national events and celebrations. The statues in the square have changed three times in these thirty years. It began as a statue of Lenin, but with the collapse of the Soviet Union, it was replaced by the Statue of Liberty in 2004. But Kyrgyzstan then experienced two revolutions and one riot, and many Kyrgyz saw it as a cursed statue rather than a symbol of freedom, so in 2011 it was replaced by Manas, the national hero of Kyrgyz legend. The square is considered central, there are several attractions around, and the State History Museum on the north side is worth visiting. You can also see the changing of the guard on the hour!
