The physical examination items mainly include children's blood routine, liver function, blood type, height, weight, head circumference, chest circumference, cardiopulmonary auscultation, oral examination, etc. Up to now, Zhangcun Town Health Center has entered 5 kindergartens such as Weigao and Qianfeng West to conduct physical examinations for children in kindergarten.
During the physical examination, the medical staff took their own responsibilities, and with the close cooperation of the teachers, the children lined up in an orderly manner and carried out height, weight, cardiopulmonary auscultation, oral and other examinations in turn. The whole process is orderly, and the medical staff controls each threshold well, and strictly does a good job in the operation specifications and procedures of physical examination.
After the physical examination, the medical staff feedback the physical examination results of each child to parents and teachers, and formulate a personalized child growth plan for each child, so that parents can keep abreast of their children's growth and development, and guide parents to adjust their diet structure, living habits, work and rest time, etc. according to their children's physical condition.
